I love the fact that they have a dump station. They also have water and electricity available, this is very convenient for prepping our RV before we go out on a trip. You can also pay an extra fee to have gate access when the office is closed. We can come back from a trip on a Sunday, and we know we will be able to store our RV on that day.

If you are desperate go ahead and leave your RV at this dusty storage facility, as I did last fall, but do not let them touch your vehicle because they do not know what they are doing. Nor do they seem to care.

I asked for the eyebrow window seals to be replaced during my van's winter stay. This is a 100% exterior job. Nevertheless, without getting approval from me, the tech proceeded to remove both windows and then called to tell me they needed to be replaced at a cost of $1600.

I told them to immediately put the windows back into position and not to touch my van, just cover them to protect the interior from the elements. And just to show how idiotic they are, they taped the plastic to my fiberglass roof with gaffer's tape. This baked onto the roof in the Arizona sun for 3 months.

Not only could they not do the job I asked them to do, but I then had to pay someone else $900 to renstall my perfectly good windows.

Unfortunately, Arizona law does not require mechanics to get approval in advance of work or you can be sure I would have reported them to the state.

It is my generous assessment that they don't know what they're doing. A more suspicious person would think they were trying to take advantage by making a small repair into a big one. Either way don't let this sort of thing happen to you. Find another place for your RV.

The owner suggested I take a hammer to our 105K camper van today.

Here’s the story.

We stored our vehicle at Destination RV from November 2023 to April 2024.

It was damaged on the drivers side panel. It required dent repair and a paint job.

The job was completed in January. We live in Idaho. The job was done in Arizona.

We were assured the job was completed properly.

We picked it up in April. Once we got it home to Idaho I noticed the paint job is dull in comparison to the original paint job. (Pictures below)

They said they would fix it under one condition: we have to take it back to their shop in Arizona.

- 38+ hours away
- plus lodging while it’s getting fixed.
- not to mention..TIME

This is unreasonable as it was on their lot more than 3 months after the repair was completed.

He suggested I could take a hammer to it so I could submit another insurance claim.

What do you think about this?

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.

We rented at a great price for 16 days. Francisco was great to communicate with and was caring when we ran inti problems with our booking (the renter before us damaged the tv we had picked up. We were upgraded to a newer model that had just entered the lot, had some tank gauge issues, but nothing insurmountable). Pick up and check out where so easy I was sure I’d missed something! He was interested in knowing any issues we had with the unit so they could get them repaired or updated (this seems good if you’re renting your rig out as well). We will definitely rent from them again.

Had to make a quick Saturday Rental and They made it happen.
Needed a 2nd spot in late September 2024 and Kassy the recent "NEW OWNER made it happen for me even though he was out of town.
Fair price and good value.
Security man Donald was also quite helpful.
