Entrance looks hidden as you must go through employee parking. Off Olympic and Rio vista. Guard didn’t ask for identification. Was told to check in by door 21. Had no problem backing up as it was empty that day due to slow season. But I can imagine how difficult it would be with trucks parked next to you. Reception staff was young and not smiling. Could be because they are working around puddles in and outside the building. OSHA no where to . Was empty within 1 hour. Look at google maps for the specifics so you don’t get lost and call them to give you directions just in case. Have a good day

We contracted with Dependable Supply Chain Services, and the delivery appt was set IN WRITING for a Wed, at 1pm. So on that date, no one calls, and no one shows up. My cell # is even on the paperwork THEY gave us. So it falls to to me to call them at 1:22 pm and find out what happened. They say we don't have any appt at all, and I say yes we do, and it says so on their paperwork. They say "Oh, we're a different company, we're Dependable Highway Express". We contracted with the parent company, but they farm it out to a subsidiary who mentally is on another planet and plays dumb. These multiple sister companies appear to be just a shell game to cover their f-ups and delays. Will not use again.

I placed an order with Global Industrial and selected to be contacted 24 hours before delivery so I could be prepared for it's arrival. I was called on Monday by this company to inform me that the delivery would be the following day between 10 am and 4 pm and someone needed to be there to sign for it.
I took time off work, arranged with a work crew to come get it and take it the correct site, but the delivery never came.
I called this company back to find out what was going on with my order only to be told that the scheduled delivery was Wednesday, not Tuesday. The person who called me to tell me the delivery would happen on Tuesday was no longer at work so they couldn't help me. They were very unhelpful and unconcerned about the major issues their mistake made with a lot of schedules.
Dependable Supply Chain Services is not very dependable or very concerned about service.

Unfortunately, I share the same sentiments as most people who've left negative reviews. Very long story short; Our delivery was turned away by our building security due to insurance issues.That wasn't the issue. Apparently DHE needed approval of redelivery charges from the company we ordered from. I basically had to do "Dependable's" work for them. It was their job to inform me of next attempted delivery by getting approval of redelivery charges, schedule the next attempted delivery, and then get back to me. I frequently had to call and leave messages. It took 5 days of me doing that to finally get a redelivery date. I gave it two stars only because their was 1 person who I was able to verbally speak to that was helpful and friendly.

Terrible service. They miss almost every pickup we tender them and have no accountability when you call. The irony is, you have to sit on hold for ten minutes before anyone will even answer the phone and the whole time you’re on hold they play recorded messages about how reliable they are and how great their customer service is when all of it is false.

This company is a joke! They take an extremely long time to deliver, we were quoted next day delivery on 4 separate orders and 3 of them were delivered in about 2 weeks. They act as you are just another problem for them and they do not want to be bothered. We called numerous times and just got the runaround. We have talked to a few people and they were all careless with the exception of Coral Diaz who went over and beyond with great customer service.
