Worst customer service possible. I over hear that the lady on the phone forgot all about me so the special morning delivery was never even tried for me. After waiting an additional week because their truck broke down. Another 4 hour window. And I'm 13th in line. You would think I would be first since how many mistakes they've made. But you'd be wrong. Terrible service from top to bottom. The people who work here must be the scrape from the bottom of the barrel.

The companies who employ this service should be ashamed of themselves. Most likely saving money by using this horrible company.

I have had two separate deliveries from this company. The second delivery resulted in my crib not being delivered because the driver was “unable to locate my home.” They reported the item as delivered to the seller. I’ve called and spoken to Marcy & Sarah; each time being assured I will be called back and that approval from a supervisor was needed to redeliver.

If your company failed to do their job correctly, why as the customer do I have to continuously call and follow up to get you to deliver my item? As of today 12/ 9/2017, this company has yet to return my call or deliver my item that they failed to deliver on 11/29/2017

I would not utilize this service and strongly encouraged sellers from doing the same. This has a negative impact on my desire to order products online from babies r us/ toys r us because they utilize a company that has such low standards and awful customer service.

I will give you the records of events from my perspective, and you can make your own decision, but it certainly will not be a positive one.

Monday morning: They call to schedule a delivery, I agree to Wednesday from 11-3
Monday afternoon: They call again to schedule, and I remind them I already have an appointment with them.
Tuesday: They call to push the delivery to Thursday 11 to 3 due to a driver emergency, I agree
Wednesday: Delivery drivers call me at 8 am to say they're 10 minutes away. Random time, random day, very little heads up. But I take the order. However, it was missing the couch and chair. I call them afterwards to ask if that's still coming on Thursday, they confirm.
Thursday: They call to schedule an appointment, and I remind them I already have one for that day. They said it doesn't exist, and I would need to make a new appointment. I make one for Friday 11-3.
Friday: Unfortunately, I was in a work meeting when they called to delivery, so I reschedule for Monday 11-3.
Monday: I call to confirm delivery, they say I never rescheduled, so I make a new appointment for Wednesday 11-3.
Wednesday: They deliver, but it's missing the chair. I call them, and they say they never got the chair.

I will do everything within my power to make sure that no more Wayfair orders are sent to them. I spent way too much on this furniture to have to deal with these incompetent people.

I am writting this comment, hoping no one will have to deal with this terrible, horrific company. Tuesday, driver says he will arrive in 30 minutes. My wife comes home from work 15 minutes later, called him and he says, too late, he has already left. Called the company, spoke to someone who claimed he's the companys VP (Michael Hampton), whom said he will have them deliver thursday. Thursday comes, my wife called and they said 11-3 pm delivery, so she takes another day off work, and no yet no delivery again. My wife called, says manager will call her back, but no one ever called. I called myself and they placed me on hold and hung up on me three times, and eventually just stop picking up their phones. Normally, I wouldn't mind waiting a few days but my wife is 9 months pregnant and we needed this item so we can welcome our baby, which will be arriving any moment. This company does not deserve your business!

Absent customer service! Can't return a call, even when promised by your employees two days in a row. You scheduled my package for delivery last Friday between 1-5 and no show, it's now Thursday and you can't locate or schedule for actual delivery. So frustrating, especially as I listen to your hold music saying how much you value customer service! If you cant return my 6 calls, this is the next best option...spreading the word to others about how hard you are to work with.

Terrible customer service, worst in there logistics even they give 4hr delivery window.
On followup after missed delivery schedule, Story starts as delivery truck is struck in sand and they don't have network to call and update they couldn't deliver (BTW they have coverage to call Towing company, May be this is made up story by driver). When Wayfair is on conference, they said that my address is wrong (New story by customer representative) , so they missed the delivery and can make delivery next week i.e 7days more.

Wayfair needs to stop using these unreliable vendor for delivery.

Quick service, efficient company. & Shawna is a freakin' rock star for making sure everything went so smoothly! I ordered from Wayfair, & they did it all to the letter. Delivery guys were personable & polite. All three pieces brought inside & they wer gone under about 6 minutes. I like that efficiency!!
I could not be happier with this company. Again, huge shout out to Shawna (spelling?) for her help.

These guys have the BEST pricing and email me when they pick up and drop off. Been using them for 1 month for my work - and they have yet to let me down. They really are great! This is of course just my experience. Quick, Reliable and reasonably priced!
