The service was amazing, I ordered the value slam with side of hash browns and was great, hit the spot, props to amazing cooks there this morning for rocking it out, for the service bar none great and a nice friendly atmosphere aswell as the young very respectful host who seated me and got me lemon water. Will recommend and return on next mini vacation passing thru. Recommend

Came to visit Flagstaff for the first time with my family walked in was seated we got the sweetest server ever she was so kind and generous with us trying to get our drinks out and everything. But the cook on the other hand wants We ordered our food and 20-30 minutes passed and nothing they still didn't bring our food out we asked the server what was going on she said the cook was the manager and was getting ready for an inspection and didn’t want to start on our food. At this point we told the sever to please cancel our food I felt bad for her we left her a $20 tip and had to leave

Chrissy was an amazing server! She was so kind and helpful. Not ONLY was she helpful to my table but I also watched her run around to the other tables to help them. She has an amazing attitude and was very on top of everything she did !!

Came here on Thanksgiving evening while they were short staffed, and all of the staff were very pleasant and did everything to make the experience enjoyable in light of the extended wait time. Cody C was our server, and he was very friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed our food and had no issues with our order.

Great service. Very friendly. The meal came quickly, tasted great, and had great ingredients.
The men's bathroom is in need of maintenance, especially to facilitate cleaning. Caulking where the walls meet the floor grabs dirt and grease and holds onto it, making it tough to clean and very unsightly. There was a black gummy grease build-up in several places wherever it might be harder to clean. All porcelain surfaces were dirty and in need of cleaning. Only one of the two sinks had a functioning tap.

Big Kudos to the 2 waitresses who were handling the whole restaurant besides the cooks, they worked their butts off the whole time we were here. No hostess, cashier, nobody to bus their tables, so many dirty tables upon arrival. Women’s Restroom overflowing with trash needs a good cleaning. Again, Kudos to the 2 girls!!!

Welcome to Dennys in flagstaff 4 tables with the rest being empty means a 30 min wait to be seated. Update its now been a total of two hours with 3 tables in whole restaurant and hitting two hour mark still no food. So lunch I'd now dinner holy cow no wonder there's no Dennys in colorado. Ps to owner I would never waste 2 hours of my life again to eat at a restaurant to then recieve cold food if i had gun to my head. This is the worst Dennys in the United States
