I am a driver with 35 years of experience. Have been with Delta for 6 years. First as a driver now as an OO. I think it is one of the best in the US. He manages to maintain a high level through difficult times. No stress and unnecessary calls. Simple and efficient. Dispatchers are well trained. So far, I have never ended up uncovered for a load. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional treatment I received during my time as a driver with Delta Freight System. From the moment I was recruited by Tijana, the driver recruiter, I felt valued and supported.
Tijana ensured that I had a smooth and convenient travel arrangement to the terminal, which set the tone for my positive experience with the company. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the office staff, who consistently demonstrated respect and professionalism in our interactions.
I would like to extend special gratitude to Bojan, the General Manager, for his attentiveness to my needs. He ensured that I had everything required to operate the truck safely and efficiently. Additionally, Zeljka in the Safety Department took a genuine interest in my well-being, making certain that I returned home safely after completing my assignment.
I was also impressed by Bob, the Dispatch Manager, who processed my settlement promptly and without any deductions. This level of transparency and fairness is truly commendable.
Although I ultimately decided to leave the company due to issues with the truck I was assigned, I want to emphasize that my decision was in no way a reflection on the company's commitment to its drivers. Unfortunately, at the time, there were no alternative trucks available.
I would highly recommend Delta Freight System to any driver seeking a supportive and respectful work environment. The company's dedication to its drivers' well-being and success is evident in every aspect of its operations.

This is a rare company. They are honest. I enjoyed my time with them. No forced dispatch, plenty of work.
These people mean what they say, no platitudes. They are professional, and really care about their drivers.
If you have an issue, they will work, proactivly, to find a solution.

A driver RAN NEW OFF THE ROAD on October 17th unsure if he was not paying attention or falling asleep but The car is behind me. We’re honking like crazy and he did not attempt to correct and get back in the lane, but he sped up and tried to go away. Did not stop to make sure I was OK. I have left four voicemails for the company And and I’ve recorded the driver and the truck once I got back on the road and could catch up to him. One of the drivers to me is supposed to be sending me their dash cam footage but it’s outrageous that no one has even tried responding back to me if they have a safety department.

I'm a veteran driver. I have 11 years in the industry. Delta freight systems treat you like family. They make family the first priority. I have four children and I've been married for 18 years at Delta freight systems you make a great living. I'm owner operator. I've been a company driver for 11 years and I decided to choose Delta freight systems as my owner operator career. The dispatch team treats you like family safety and compliance is awesome. They treat you like family HR and accounting is always there for you. You do make money here but their main priority is family they backed their drivers 100%. I had a lot of trucking careers and I did everything in my 11 years and this company Delta freight systems is not just a company. You're not a number. You are family. I had a home emergency. My wife had serious surgery and they made sure I got home for my children. Nobody would do that but Delta freight systems immediately. They got me home to my children. They help me with my finances to get on track. They help me fix my life. I consider everyone here my brothers and my sisters and that's real talk That's from my heart Don't go on anybody's negative reviews I believe. In respect, I believe that if you show respect you get respect. I believe life should be based of respect, honesty and trust. Once you break one of them three you have nothing once you lose your character, you have nothing. Delta freight systems in my 11-year career is the best and my retirement. Well, it obviously isn’t important for this company to hire qualified drivers. Here’s one that parks at the fuel island and closed his bunk curtains and goes to bed at 11:00 am. Just to lazy to park and has no respect for anyone else.

This company is totally Awesome! Friendly, courteous, professional staff, keeps me moving from haul to haul. Their lease purchase program is straight up the best ever with no money down, no interest, and no balloon payment , with a great incentive to keep rolling for Delta even after ownership of truck, and this company really does help you to become an owner operator, helping in all aspects to get your business started.
