Over 2 hours waiting. I had to contact them and they were clueless of why my order was taking so long. BS excuse and blaming the restaurant. Then they said the driver is picking up my order to then getting a call back that the restaurant had closed. They offered a full refund and 20 credit which doesn’t matter because my family is hangry. I’m better off calling and pick up my orders from now on and so should you. Trust me your better off doing it yourself.

I absolutely love that Delivery. accepts cash. I deal in cash a lot. The deliveries are quick and the delivery person is on it. No complaints in that area. I would like to give it five stars, BUT they start taking orders late and stop taking orders super early. There's a window of like 3 hours where they are actually open. Very strange. If it had longer hours, it'd be great. Example: Johnny Burritos opens at 6 am and closes the drive thru at 5:30 pm, but Delivery "opens" Johnnys at 11:45 am and closes at 2 or 2:45 pm or something similar. Idk why that is. If anyone could explain in the replies, you are more than welcome.

I tried them for the first time and I loved it. Super easy to order online and you have the option to pay cash or card. It was updating me about my food, when the driver picked it up etc; it got here on time. Won't be the last time I use it.

Couldn't ask for more. Fast friendly professional. I live more than 10 miles for the nearest restaurant with no delivery options at all until now. These guys are awesome! Will be using them at least a few times a month now. I real life changer for us.

Zero stars!
On the net it shows they also 420 (cannabis medical marijuana) delivery services too. They should stay focus on one service. Or dont do both. (Went to work late because food was late too)

Well they were late to pick up my food late!. I call the restaurant they say food has been ready for over 15 min we ordered our food at 1:10pm received it at 245 pm meaning the food was cold because of delivery services.
Restaurant called the driver too.(food was already to go by 145pm 1 hour ready delivered cold)

We never received a refund. ? bad customer service will not order delivery from them
Not cool.
Lesson learned. . .

I had the person that was supposed to deliver my food update it as delivered after 2 hours of waiting and it never came. I contacted the customer service line left 2 voicemails and made contact with their online help and got left hanging. Over 60 dollars worth of food never came and I still had to go and buy more food on my own . If you get burned for your food there is zero help I'm still waiting to see if I can get my money back for something I never received

Awesome service,professional, speedy,and affordable delivery fee. The delivery sevice has a hot box to keep food hot while they bring it to you. I highly recommend this, Especially for those at work during lunch time.
