Would not recommend. They charge to haul off, all I wanted was to have the old furniture moved to the garage. Charged the same fee, no break.

Told them I was selling my old furniture. They stood it up on concrete, twisted on concrete, drug it over the railing. Very rough. Had I not said anything and watched and helped They would of trashed my new couch.
Drug one the new cushions on the ground.

Damaged my railing. Had him take a picture of it and report to office. Never heard a word.

In short, their pricey and treat your stuff like crap.

I was extremely satisfied with Delivery Solutions.

We ordered a 12 foot long table, and we became aware of how cumbersome and heavy it was when contemplating how to get it upstairs.

They figured it out and it looks GREAT.

Shout out to the manager who came out and huge shout out to the workers who did an amazing job carrying that massive table while carefully protecting both the table itself and the walls and stairwells.

We had to with them twice after ordering furniture from Bailey's. We ordered a couch that we measured to make sure it would fit, but it was a wanky shape and wouldn't get around the corner. The guys bringing the couch in. We're very nice and tried hard to work it while also trying to keep from doing too much damage.

We had to send it back and order a different couch. These gentlemen came and we're very nice. We also had problems getting the next couch around the corner, no one's fault... Just again, it had a size that struggle to get around the corner even though it measured right.

The movers were very patient with us even though this is their second time coming out. It did stink that we had to pay them each time even though we didn't get something delivered the first, but again they did drive out to our house with the couch and they had to deliver it back... So I totally understand.

Delivery solution was very easy to schedule with. They were great about calling the day before to double check and the nail down a more specific time. The delivery guys were very nice and very kind. They were able to get the stuff in real quick. Even if we don't buy from Bailey's, will likely call them to move something if we ever need it.

Excellent job delivering some large, awkward furniture we had bought from Bailey’s. When they first showed up, they weren’t very positive about their ability to move a large shelving unit onto the top floor. I thought we were going to have it stuck in the garage, and have to call someone else. I guess they discussed it, the call went out & 4 more guys showed up. They did some kind of “furniture magic” and got it over the top rail and into the main living space with no damage to the furniture or the house. Paid the bill and tipped all 6 guys well. They deserved it. Thx so much Shawn & Delivery Solutions.
