The truck broke down. The owner stated he would try to find another truck to rent. I had to find one. Then they called him (per their words) and he didn’t answer but he asked me if I had heard from them. Then he recommended I could book it but I stated I wasn’t going to book it under my name when it’s their company that dropped the ball. He understood. The truck was available and the owner refused to book it because now his mover had apparently gone home and was not answering his phone. So somehow the mover was under the impression that the move was cancelled. Except it wasn’t. This was booked for a reason. So I ended up getting my deposit back, fired them and rented the uhaul myself and last minute has to rely on my pregnant friend’s husband to help me as he was so kind to. Who then went into premature labor during us loading the truck so I have a full truck that I as 1 individual cannot unload. I hired a moving company because I am one person. I don’t have family here. Everyone I know is north Mesa and worked. I wouldn’t have hired movers if it wasn’t NECESSARY. And LUCKILY one friend was available to help me unload. I had to Uber back to my car after dropping the uhaul truck off the next day. And I had to call into work Thursday and Friday unpaid bc my PTO was used for when my stuff was supposed to be moved within 3-4 hours. I am still not fully unpacked bc we had to make other trips. Needless to say hiring this company and them not doing right has severely thrown my life into a spiral. More back issues than before (again, I hired movers FOR A REASON. But as usual, people aren’t reliable and I can’t just sit around so I had to make it happen. Bad back and knee or not). It’s ridiculous that they don’t seem to care that when people schedule something it’s for a purpose. Other companies were booked so it’s not as if I had an alternative. I did the work and found a resolution and the owner stated he “didn’t just want to send anyone” so his movers aren’t reliable enough to trust on a move and his best mover just ditches jobs? Let me say that I have nothing bad to say about Stephanie. She fully understood my frustration. But the owner runs his business very terribly. I understand he tried, but honestly, it wasn’t hard enough. More effort could have definitely been placed. But it didn’t affect them as it did me so why would they care? And bc I did everything that I was supposed to, I had hundred of dollars in cash in my purse as well as they only accept cash. I have a Texas credit union so I cannot just deposit the funds right back. That’s my choice to not get an AZ bank or credit union because they just don’t compare, but had the company done right none of this would be an issue. A week and a half later and I’m still dealing with the mess they put me in. While I’m sure they’re fully unaffected.

The movers damaged my iron bed frame and my
$3k refrigerator see pic. I asks them to repair the damaged they are ignoring my emails. They were horrible delivery and this happened over a year ago. I may take them to small claims because I have a trail of emails. Don’t waste your money. They fired they employees but it’s still doesn’t justified my fridge isn’t repaired or my bed frame

Delivery on demand is a well organized & responsive crew & company.. they have not only met my standards and needs but went above and beyond to help with other odd furniture.. they completely took the time to wrap and protect everything of great value to me.. & all within my budget..they were even early to my residence and respectful .. great guys..
