Horrible and no way to contact the company if there is an issue. Phone number for rescheduling order only states to look at tracking. Passionately no realtime etas and drivers do not ring door bells for signature required delivery’s. Website and phone contact makes it look like a fake service. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

No help whatsoever. I dont even care if I have to drive to the delivery truck myself wherever it is at this moment and pick it up myself. Yet, I haven't gotten any information at all. Why have a phone number when all it says is to go online? And the website is of no help either.

Deliver drivers do not even attempt to read simple instructions on how to access a building. They mark packages as delivered yet put "unable to attempt" delivery on system notes. Horrible delivery service.

Worst possible delivery service ever. They don’t care you or your package. If your package is shipped by these people, consider yourself unicorn if your package gets delivered. I hope they will do us a favor and bankrupt themselves.

The WORST out of the worst delivery companies! They are waiting until the last minute to deliver the package and then don't even text or call, just leave you waiting for the package while making some excuses why the package wasn’t delivered. Never ever hire this company!

This is company don't have regional offices to pick up a package, don't have human customer service by phone, don't have an option to choose hours and days of delivery. They expect us to loose workdays waiting for a package. They lie about the delivery attempts. they come another. without informed me. Then when I request another day to come they want to charge me. In my apple order shipping is free. Why apple choose this company ?

Driver put delivery time for 8 p.m and that i must be home to sign for it. Then comes at 10a.m doesn't knock or ring the doorbell. And to top it off doesn't leave a tried to deliver slip my camera got all of it and the driver claims they made attempt to deliever it. Joke of a company will never purchase anything that uses these clowns as their carrier
