The WORST. I had ordered a couple hundred dollar order and I was home all day they said attempted delivery no success due to gate code. I don’t live in a gated community and the picture they included was of the ground. No house no “gate” and no car just the ground. I tried calling the number on website and it will legit hang up on you once it says contact us through the website. I now have to wait 3 weeks for my package to be sent back to sender if they didn’t already steal my items and for it to be resent out to me. FOR ANY COMPANY THINKING OF USING THIS PLACE DONT DO IT! You will waste more money replacing the things these lazy people stole from your customers. I included the picture attached to my tracking and explain this? You can’t!

obligatory wish i could leave less than one star. Apple sent my iPhone via Deliver It. I made sure to be home all day as signature is required. I later find the slip saying no one was home on my garage door. I reviewed the security footage and watched the delivery woman walk up to the door with the "sorry i missed you slip" already filled out in her hand. No knock. No door bell ring. Just slapped the slip on the door and left immediately.

She wanted to steal the phone and was attempting to deny delivery in order to "send it back" to apple but really she was going to keep it.

Upon reviewing the footage, I tried to contact deliver it and you can't! two phone numbers that lead to a recorded message telling you to deal with the purchaser.

File BBB complaints regarding this "company" they are scammers, thieves, and worthless human beings.

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE !!! I made 2 separate orders to two different stores, coincidentally they both chose "DELIVER IT". The drivers are not checking the labels and just dropping off at random houses. I don't understand how they keep getting hired for shipments.

Zero stars. This company delivered a large Nespresso order to the wrong address. The house pictured in the delivery photo does not fit the description of anything in my neighborhood. No excuse for this when you have Google Maps.

One of the worst shipping companies in the United States. I can’t wrap my mind around why Apple continues to use them for shipping. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone, so your package just disappears into the black hole that is Deliver It. I wish I could give this company zero stars.

Same as everyone else. The company says a gate code is required which isn't a thing where I live. The picture they posted isn't even my apartment. And you can't call customer service. Idk how Nespresso uses these idiots.

Worst shipping company, extremely irresponsible, always dropping packages on the wrong address. Apparently they don't even care if a signature is required. The administrator should be ashamed of the mediocre performance of the company.
