Company does drop and hook and trailer I picked up has a fresh missing turn signal light? Super hard to miss so why was that trailer loaded? Want late loads come here. Heck it’s night time and load runs 20West there ain’t jack in that routing to fix that until waterloo. That’s a long distance to drive with that missing light. Thanks Dayton.

Had an extremely unprofessional driver who didn't realize he was doing a residential delivery even though it's clearly a house surrounded by other houses. Insisted I'd need machinery to lower a pallet with a 50lb slab of wood or he'd need to use the lift gate and charge me. I asked how much that would be and he didn't know. Told me "you don't know much about deliveries" and laughed at me.

He went to call his boss and I lifted the slab off the pallet myself. The delivery, which was marked fragile, was damaged by mishandling before the "delivery". And the kicker: his supervisor told me that the driver was mistaken, it WAS a residential delivery, and should have included use of the lift gate. Thanks for letting me know I live in a house...

Highly incompetent, clueless, and unprofessional. I'll never buy from anywhere that uses Dayton ever again.

For me to get treated as if when I've been calling for while having full qualification and being told I'm going to get a call back but it's been 3 months and I've already called like three times a week that's not cool. Women that are in charge here don't need their jobs can't even do it properly. They just there for the pay not even doing manual labor

Dayton Freight was great. I was introduced to the manager Ryan and salesman Allen. They were very kind, friendly, and professional. The respect and appreciation they show their drivers is awesome. If I didn't love the place I work for already, I would go for a job. I just stopped by for a moment, and they made me feel at home.. For that alone they get 5 stars from me!!
