Very bad service! They scheduled a delivery a week in advance. I changed my calendar to accommodate the delivery. Then, 2 hours before the delivery, I received a call from their dispatch that stating that they over scheduled and can't deliver. This sounds to me a very disorganized and bad management. Avoid at all cost this company.

Worst logistic company ever! My furniture company hire them to delivery me 4 tiny dinning chairs. Note that the address is in San Jose and it's not in the middle of jungle or desert. This company has rescheduled me twice without noticing me. And I had to call them after sitting all day at home waiting and got informed the delivery was canceled. And in today's attempt for delivery, they claimed that my house has no road shoulder for emergency stop so they won't come unless we upgrade to their `white glove` service. This is ridiculous cuz we have multiple movers and furniture delivery in the last couple mouths with huge trucks and never have a problem. And the street I am in is literally a standard street with double lanes. They also asked if I can come to them and pick up myself if I don't want to upgrade. But why I hire a logistic company while I have to pick up myself. And beside that, I only have a small sedan. This is very frustrated and good that the furniture store has good service and they will help me figure this out. And they also told me they won't use them for future delivery given this crazy experience.

In short, if you business is searching for logistic company to help delivery your pieces to customer. DO NOT USE THEM!

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Craters and Freighters Philadelphia and the final delivery by Daylight Transport. The final leg of the delivery, handled by Daylight Transport, was exceptional. The professionalism displayed by the driver who delivered my shipment (BOL #163147358) was truly outstanding. In my opinion, the driver should be recognized as the employee of the year for his dedication and kindness. This entire experience has been by far the best shipping experience I've had in a long time. I cannot recommend Daylight enough based on the exceptional service provided by their driver. Thank you so much for a job well done!

I'd like to thank the people who run Daylight Transport. We were going to pick up our CRST load Friday night when last minute it got canceled. As team drivers I was out of time & my partner was doing his reset. They let us stay there until we were able to leave on Sunday for a load.

I can see they take care of their drivers. 2 clean, nice smelling bathrooms (one even has a shower!) A break room with a big screen TV (which we were able to watch the NBA playoffs on). Looked through their newsletter and saw they were celebrating quote a few employees who've worked there for many years.

My takeaway? If I ever thought about living in Cali, they'd be one of the first companies I'd call for work. 👏🏽💯✔️

The driver Juan was very helpful and gave suggestions on how to handle the big countertop safety delivered to our home with the help of my 2 installers whom waited for the delivery.
The company should have given us enough time a heads up that man power needed at least a day ahead instead of an hour …?
I was lucky enough and managed to get my contractor in a short time period.

I had freight picked up from their Ontario hub. Per tracking info, the freight made it to the Hayward facility so customer service scheduled a delivery date and time for me. On the scheduled day, no driver showed up and I was home all day. I called customer service and they said the freight was still in Ontario. If that’s the case, why schedule a delivery with me then?

Customer service then said the freight should be in Hayward the following week. They called me on Monday to schedule another delivery appointment for Wednesday, 05/03. I called to make sure the delivery would happen and they said it wouldn’t because the freight is somehow missing. Fantastic. Mind you, I had called customer service on Monday to confirm that the freight was in Hayward. They said yes and I ended up being lied to.

I get off the phone with them just now and there’s a min investigation going on with my freight. I don’t get why I need to chase them for updates and, at this point, I’m going to call this a lost cause.

How refreshing it was to have a delivery by Daylight. I ordered a large glass tabletop and it was delivered by Daylight. Both dispatchers I spoke to were very helpful, including coordinating a delivery that I could not be present for. The driver sent photos of the delivery and everything arrived in perfect condition.
