My father recently passed away and I wanted to make a special tribute to him which involved creating a large heraldic banner with an embroidered family crest. When I went in to the store for advice and direction the workers and manager there were more than helpful. They really went the extra mile and then some. I was able to find the right materials and thread, and even got advice and direction on how to best digitize my artwork. They have classes that are great. In the end it turned out amazing. My family loved it and it eased the pain of losing my dear dad by making something special for him. I couldn't have done it without their help.

I was recommended to come here by a local quilt store. I've been quilting for two years and had my heart set on buying a Bernina - but wasn't really sure what I wanted. Kim was wonderful and helped me through the process. I am so excited to try out my new machine that I purchased here! They also have the best prices of any retailer in the area selling Bernina. I live an hour away and it is well worth the distance to visit their store. Highly recommend!

Brought the sewing machine in from out of town but forgot the foot pedal. I went to Dave's Bernina in Provo to see if I could rent or borrow one. Not only did their service department have one for our over forty year old machine, they also loned the pedal to me no questions asked allowing us to complete a Chritmas gift on time. I came to this location in Provo on Saturday December 14th 2024 about 10:30 in the morning walked in walked around for a few minutes the employees in there working however they were not extremely busy there was a class going on in one of the corner rooms. I was completely ignored the employees didn't say hi I'll be with you in a minute or can I help you with anything. I was there to possibly purchase a piece of sewing furniture. I will be going elsewhere to make this purchase.

Though I have fallen out of love with the new Berninas, this is a great place for servicing your old Bernina, or any other machine as far as that goes. They are fast, good and knowledgeable.

Service department is always wonderful. Had my Surger timing done. Brought in my sewing machine when picking up my Surger. Christopher fixed my sewing machine while I waited. He was kind, fast, professional, and knowledgeable. Would recommend buying or repairing your machine here.

Went to buy a new sewing machine, we checked the website with store hours to make sure they were still going to be open by the time we got there. The website and Facebook said they closed at 5 on Saturday. We drove 30 minutes to get to the store to start the process of buying a brand new 770 QE machine. When we walked into the store, they told us they were closed two hours early and they could couldn’t help us. Even though there were people in the store looking around. The girl told us that the website and social media was wrong.

Long story short, make sure to call before you plan on going to the store to make sure they are still open. So we left and took our business to a different store.

I had an excellent experience with the repair department @ Dave’s Bernina, Provo. The repair team went above & beyond on my Bernina 880 repair. They expedited the needed part, completed the repair ahead of their estimated timeframe, & kept me informed. I greatly appreciated the communication- phone call, text updates & a detailed written description of work completed. Very satisfied!
