Excellent service!!! Sent package had question later where able to address and elate my concerns. Package delivered fine and on time as promised. I had to drive from the North suburbs of Chicago to get there and will use them again.

Used this service again mid June and have absolutely no complaints what so ever. My package arrived within the range of dates they told me. Got a phone call from service to inform me that package was delivered since recipient was away from office and was left with reception. Verified all was well. Very happy customer who will continue using this company for deliveries to Mexico.

Upon further research, this company may or may not be aware that package transported to Mexico may not make it to their destination, whether complete or partially, but fails to be upfront with the client, that is, unaware that packages sent out of the country have a minimum to no insurance. Is the company choice to covered or not?. Insurance is required in the U.S.A, but not once crossing the border; that's where all the losses happen. Customers can make as many complaints as they wished, even with the BBB. The company will not be held liable once crossing the border. The BBB does not regard customer reviews to accredit a business.

My first time sending with DATT no issues, no problems everything arrived to it's destination. The young ladies very knowledgable on what they are doing. I will continue to use them for future packages.

So far, I am very happy with the service. I have sent several packages, and only once have an issue with it, but it was solved in less than 24 hours, although the issue was out of border,there was no problem contacting the service here in Chicago, so YES I recommend this, according to my own experience.

I really would not risk shipping with this company they don't ever give you straight answers nor proof they just hide behind shipping to foreign countries to get away with stealing and telling people their cargo was stolen, yet theres no proof. Trust me I have attorneys working with me. If you are a victim of this company please reach out to me, I know it seems like a hard fight but if we work together we'll be strong enough to take them down

This place is horrible, I had over $300 in shoes stolen from my package and was told even if I had insurance I would only be reimbursed for $60. I was told "this happens sometimes" . They need to keep a better eye on their employees we spent well over $200 to send our stuff you are better off sending via USPS. This was in Pasco Wa.
