Absolutely Loved Driving With Dart! Made a lot of money because I was not lazy, in order to be successful in this life, you have to work smart and not hard, be willing to go outside of your comfort a tad bit and it pays off in the long run! When my kids get older, and if I decide to get back out there, Dart will be the first company I would lease my Peterbilt onto! Shalom!

The yard is absolute trash!! It’s always crowded and there’s barely anywhere for you to park if you have a trailer, not to mention the big ass pot hole in the back that will mess your tire up and the showers inside look disgusting!

The entitlement of your driver is CRAZY. 38 mins at fuel pump because your driver parked at the pump. Shopped inside, went to mcdonalds, did a walk around of his truck and then sat there and ate his food. Tell them to “drive like a boss” over to a parking spot. The audacity to think people have to back out pumps because they want to take a break

All companies have their good and bads. But for me, and my experience with Dart overall has been on the better side. If you see me in the yard say what's up! I'm usually there with the lit up truck.

Got my fiance on here when he got home. Have to have 6 months experience on the road and having your CDL as well. No just getting out of trucking school drivers. Also can rent to own the trucks. They are top of the line. Great truck

Recruiters will only tell you half the truth in order to get you in the door. They figure it’s easier to get you in but harder for you to get out. From the beginning of our start as a team, my father and I began to notice a pattern of inconsistencies in the way they do things at Dart. You would think because you are new that they’d be interested in getting you well accommodated, take care of you, and make sure things are going smoothly. Absolutely not the case, it seems their dispatchers are only interested in doing their own job and getting out without first relaying information over to the next dispatcher in line for their next shift. In fact, it’s like they play hot potato with your loads issues and when the next dispatcher comes in after the previous one, no one knows what you’ve been through all day. It’s like your time is of no value to them and you’re just another driver on their roster with a problem. For hours they leave you in the dark and out to dry, twiddling your thumbs, without a clue what they’re doing to get you resolved, hoping you get the next message in your Qualcomm like you’re fetching for bones hoping master gets to you next. At least a courtesy call, giving us a green light to go shower or to get a bite to eat, while our issue is being resolved would make the difference but it seems you don’t matter to Dart. It’s very frustrating to say the least, that they would rather you wait for hours than tell you to go and get yourself some food, shower, and/or rest. There’s also no personal conveyance, that alone would have been enough to change my mind about this company from the jump. Another is the fact that they say they are 80% drop and hook and 20% live load but it’s more like 50/50, you get what you get. For hours we waited on at least three live loads, in the past two weeks that resulted in prolonged wait times, that took almost a whole day to prepare. That means less miles and subsequently less pay. The straw that broke the camels back was when we requested Mother’s Day weekend but instead got tied up on a load that wasn’t being resolved. That’s when we realized that things here at Dart wouldn’t change and that we are of no value to them as drivers. Dispatchers get to go home to their families leaving their works problems at the office while we are left to sour overnight in our problems without resolve until things open up shop the next morning. Not all dispatchers were bad however some were cool but there was enough unpropitious circumstances in just three weeks of employment that made us rethink this place was not for us.
