I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst service ever. We only used it because it's the only delivery service in my area. However at this point I no longer care how desperate I am, I will never use them again. Every single time we have ordered from them over the past few years SOMETHING has been wrong, big or small. We have differently abled people in our home who can't drive so the delivery would be an incredible convenience when done correctly. They don't care at all and have no shame. As someone who drives for DoorDash every once in a while, I know how easy it is to just make sure everything is there. Especially on an order with only 4 items in it.

If anything goes wrong with your order when it arrives, there is nothing they can do. No refund. No credit . So keep that in mind and order at your own risk

I've had a great experience using this service through the years. I'm surprised it isn't more highly rated. My orders have always been on time and the price isn't too bad with it being a local service. I totally recommend Dapper.

I have always had good interactions with the staff. If the restaurant makes a mistake, this company fixes it. It's also great to be able to talk to a real person. I highly recommend this service over the competitors.

Worst delivery service in the world. Over an hour after ordering, the restaurant said the order was just placed by dapper deliveries. Apparently the order goes to them, not the restaurant. They don't place the order until they feel like coming. Waiting almost 2 hrs. NEVER order through this company.

I have used Dapper Delivery about 15 times. I have been pleased with about 10/15 times however I have chalked it up to being because I live out further than most but in delivery area so I never complained. Today was different. The driver called looking for my home. Wrong order, but meant that she had my order as well or she had to drive back to restaurant. Food was cold. There service is quite costly. So I called to try and understand especially after driver had called me over a half hour before my food was delivered looking for my home. They feel they provided the service correctly because it got here within an hour- or did it? They really didn’t care. Which shows me that the 1/3 of the time I had issues they wouldn’t have cared. So to prevent any further issues I will no longer use the service. Use at your own Risk

First time ever using this delivery service. Less than impressed, but not the worst either. The delivery time was quite a bit later than I was told to expect the order. Granted l understand that delivery time will sometimes be a little earlier or later than estimated. That's not a problem at all, no big deal. However, it wad so far past the estimated delivery time that both the restaurant Dapper Deliveries was about to close. Food already paid for but no food. Not good. Called restaurant and confirmed order had been picked up awhile ago so called Dapper Deliveries to find out what was going on, the man that answered was helpful in the fact that he did check with the driver to find out where the driver was located. He told me the driver would be there within minutes. As soon as I hing up the phone driver pulled up with my order of hot food that had turned cold. The restaurant is no more than 15 to 20 minutes from my house but it took well over an hour to get my order? Either they need more drivers or someone might want to question why the deliveries are so late. Not saying I would never use them again, but would not be the first delivery service I called from now on. More like after all other options had been exhausted.

I’ve used Dapper for the past year, mostly at work- and a few times at home. They’ve impressed me *maybe* 4 to 5 times. I use the word ‘impressed’ very loosely , meaning they showed up on time , or close to it, and actually got my order right.
They’ve forgotten food, drinks, handed me a bag with spilled food inside of it...
Their website is not an accurate representation of the actual food menus, or hours, from restaurants.
I’ve ordered lunch for staff and clients. When the food never arrived I called dapper. They told me that restaurant was closed for the day and they meant to call to tell me but forgot. This has happened more than twice.
If they are having trouble locating your address they do not call you for accurate directions , they instead drive around aimlessly until you realize your food is over an hour late and you have to google their phone number and call yourself.
There is no “making it right” when they mess up. You are basically just told “sorry”.
I’ve waisted too much money on this delivery service and will NEVER use it again.
Like I said, out of over 50 orders I’ve placed- *maybe* 5 of them were as they should be.
Use Uber eats or get the food yourself from the restaurant.

Two thumbs WAY down.
