Great Company to work for. The best in the business ive worked for. I had the best dispatcher Jared! Thank you for all you did and took care of me by looking out on safer travels to travel thu when weather was bad and a very patient guy. This guy rocks! Danny Herman is blessed to have him around! This company you can tell is a Godly company just by the way they treat you not just by the scripture that is on back of there trailers but by there actions and how they recognize you. I'm always recommending drivers to go there. There travel lanes are the best and they give you weekly bonuses on your miles if you meet there tier which is not hard to meet and after you meet that tier they give you extra pay for mile at the end of the week. They also give you quarterly bonus thats every three months has long has you do your safety video every month and have no accidents and then they give you a great big yearly bonus at the end of the year if you don't have any accidents thru the year. You might think the pay looks low by what they say they pay you per mile which in reality it isn't has long has you work and be safe!!! You'll get your pay by how you perform and they are not at all micromanagement. I am hoping to go back with them once they get more trucks in. I left there cuz I got real sick. I thought I had covid. I got strip thoat and bronchitis at the same time and was out of work over a month. I had to turn in my truck which was reasonable that I had too. Thank you Joe Herman and staff for giving me the opportunity to work for you guys and may God continue to bless you and the company with great people

Office people are freaking out over the virus. They have their office blocked off with a desk to prevent any driver from getting within 10 feet. No more showers, because of the virus. ( Truck drivers make a mess and now no one wants to allow things to back to normal ).
Showering is allowed now. The desk blocking the drivers from getting near the office people, is still in the same place. This is the Nogales Arizona office. The mechanics are cool.
