Not sure how they're in business. With zero exaggeration they were out of everything, and what we did order we sat in the drive through for over 25 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us when we arrived. Our ice cream was soup by the time we left the window because it took 15 minutes for our food. The food was luke warm and the fries were ice cold and about a quarter full in their little box. When we left people were trying to back out of the drive through and it wasn't very busy. Not sure what is going on in this place but I'm a hard now never again.

Had an amazing experience at Palmer DQ today. Went inside and ordered my food. The polite young man that took my order was absolutely amazing. Name on the receipt says “Kalani”. Was very thorough and helpful. Definitely made my experience better! Deserving of a raise! Thank you Kalani, and the rest of Palmer DQ staff!!

Dairy Queen is almost always consistent with service and quality. However today we had a young lady who went the extra mile to save me money. I was very happy with her suggestions. My burger is great and my daughter loved her chicken, fries and Oreo shake.. love the half off happy hour...

My boyfriend and I rolled through at about 5 minutes before closing after a crazy and exhausting climb on Lazy Mountain. They were super awesome, didn't give a lick of attitude towards us for showing up late, and the food and blizzards were on point. Shout out to the closing shift people that worked Tuesday (August 13th, 2024). 🙂

If you're looking for a snack or dessert then you need to visit Dairy Queen. I can't think of a better place to get a shake with your favorite candy bar blended inside. This Dairy Queen has a drive-thru and play area for kids. Come have lunch and let the kiddos burn off that energy!

They were out of everything I asked for. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strips. No toast. Cold fries. Chicken strips were small. Won't waste my time again. They have gone down hill. Next time I'll drive to Raising Cane's. All I wanted was good chicken strips. How hard is that?

Last week was sooooooo bad I was stunned. I recommend a firing of a lil red stained hair girl whom, after requesting a manager, was the manager. Her behavior was incredibly nasty towards customers and the crew assigned to work that day. Only 1 person, a young man transferred from Wasilla dairy queen, whom was there to fix what he called the problems. He was considerate, helpful and apologetic to us customer's while this unruling manager literally threw a nice ladies order rite threw the order window from the counter while screaming to the cook to recook the order. Another customer had waited 40 minutes waiting for his order which consisted of 2 banana splits a 2 small Sunday's. After 28 minutes I finally asked what was taking my order so long and the polite young man answered by telling me the manager doesn't know where the cool whip topping was for the 3 medium size milkshakes I ordered. I noticed the price she charged me was for a large and I showed the ppl they gave me medium size shakes but charged me for large size. They explained the sign wasn't correct and refused me the proper change. I left with my 3 shakes but was sooo stunned I could barely explain to my family what I experienced in there that day. Pls give the helpful young man from Wasilla a raise and promote him to take over the lil redhaired managers job for fixing and managing all the problems she caused with a profound attitude. He was dairy queens hero that day.

Definitely a place to avoid. This place is so inept that a kindergarten class managed by Abbot & Costello could do better.
Came through and ordered 5 items, get to the window and girl takes my card *and then* informs me 3 of the items are out of stock, but they’re looking. Fortunately she hadn’t run my card yet.

After a minute they confirm they’re out, but now they need a manager to override the order to fix it. The only manager on shift is out of the restaurant on a break. Cue 6 people standing around randomly trying codes for five minutes before someone decides to try calling. No answer later some one finally realizes they can just make a new order with two items.

As recompense for the wait they also throw (almost literally) in a free small fry, which of course is hours old and cold.

Absolutely a trash restaurant. It’s time DQ sell off the grill, fryer, and heat lamps, and just do ice cream because they’re just incompetent at being a restaurant.
