Had an experience to get a shipment packed and sent it to me. Evelyn is very unprofessional and incompetent with their job and duties. Did not did their job properly. When asked multiple times to count the items while picking up by phone calls and messages. After messing up my shipment she did not replied to my messages neither picked my phone calls when threatened with getting sued miraculously she started contacting but still highly unprofessional. Do not recommend them. Do not do business unless you want to get hanging in case they mess up your shipment as well. STAY AWAY from this company.

Every time we went to drop off our customer's order, the man at receiving was always on his phone, either completely ignoring us or being uncooperative. He was 0% friendly. If any of our customers are looking for an express company, I would never recommend that place.
