My child has a double ear infection and they kept saying they didn’t have the antibiotic so they had to make a lower dosage for my son this crazy they need to start having medicine in stock and stop giving it to people who don’t need it and give it to people that do need it

I have been trying to refill my prescription for two days now. I did through the phone. It went through both times. However when I called today to see if it was ready, I got an recording. The phone doesn't even ring anymore. I need my prescription refilled and need to speak to a person not a recording. Who is the recording convenient for the employees or the customers.

If could give 0 stars I would. When calling to get prescription refilled always on hold for at least 20 minutes. They need to hire enough people to take care of business.

I was attempting to drop off a UPS package on Saturday March 18th! I saw they were going to be closing in 10 minutes! Thought they were open longer than 6pm! Got there with 6 minutes to spare and they already locked the door! I saw employees inside and asked if they could please take my package and they acted scared and said sorry they couldn't and it had to be scanned etc!

I was there with my wife just trying to drop off a package! We were in front of the store in our car searching on our phones where there was another drop off UPS location and luckily found one not far away!

The whole time the employees were in the store and were afraid to come outside! One was watching us on the security system while the other was by the door! As they were waiting for us to leave it officially wasn't 6pm yet! It was still daylight out and there were people around at other neighbouring businesses!

Thanks a lot for making my wife and I feel like we did something wrong! We aren't criminals and weren't rude or violent in any way. Just wanted to drop off a small package! If you didn't close up early there wouldn't have been an issue. I will just drop my packages off at the other drop off location I found in the future! Just added one more reason not to go to CVS in small town Centreville AL!

I've been hung up on twice and both times all I want is to get my RX filled. When I call the front of the store they tell me to call back and ask for the Pharmacy and boom hung up on again. How does one get meds when the Dr says they've been sent and CVS just hangs up on you.

During my visit to the CVS STORE, PHARMACY, everything was excellent, and the friendly
service is the best to none. I ENJOYED MY VISIT TO THE STORE, AND WILL RETURN

Always clean. Always fully stocked. Knowledgeable friendly staff. They have always gone out of their way to obtain and get me all specialty iteams and perscriptions that are hard to get. Def my favorite pharmacy.
