Very happy with Custom Air Company. They go above and beyond in servicing their clients. Sam and Skylar deserve a shout-out for a smooth installation of a new furnace and AC. Craig made the financing easy! Doug just came out for my first free service call. Answered all my questions and provided assurances they would be back out in the fall again for continued service. Amazing customer service. Great company!

Sam and Skylar were here today to replace our furnace and air. They were. Very prompt and did excellent work. Check everything from the crawl space to the attic. Answered any questions I had and told me the things I needed to know. But the big plus were the dogs. They loved to talk and pet them.

companies come to give us estimates on replacing the furnace. Custom air had the best deal and great customer service when dealing with questions. Sam and Skylar were our install team and they were knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I really appreciated the follow up from Craig 3 days after installation to answer any questions about the system and get information on the maintenance of the new system. I had a furnace and AC unit installed this week by Sam and Skylar through CustomAir. They both were very kind and answered any questions I had after. They took great care of everything and even cleaned up very well after themselves. I was worried some things would be in their way, but they insisted nothing was and even worked with the baby gate we had. I had to stay because of my dogs and they were super understanding and didn’t make me feel like I was in the way at all. They also fixed an issue (super easy fix) with a fallen vent pipe for my water heater I couldn’t fix.

All in all, the communication, professionalism, and care that I received from the quote to service and after service has been phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend them for any issues you have for furnace/AC. I didn’t feel like I was annoying one bit with any of my questions or concerns, and I wasn’t blindsided by anything.

Having bought a new home, I had Custom Air Company take a look at our HVAC system to do service and explain certain things to me. Derek far exceeded my expectations--really took the time to answer my questions and explain things well, including how to use the rather complicated thermostat. Custom Air is an excellent contractor to work with. I was shocked at how clean they left my house after replacing my furnace and air conditioner. The unit was located in a tight spot under my stairs and they made it work with no complaints. It was around 5:30 PM, most workers would be rushing to get home, but Sam wanted to show me the work he completed. This guy was proud of his work and willing to answer any questions or concerns I might have, even after putting in a long hard day. Kudos to you Custom Air for a job well done and setting such a fine example on how to run a professional HVAC business.

We highly recommend Custom Air Company! We recently replaced our furnace and air conditioner. Sam and Skyler are the best installers! They are very knowledgeable and did a great job! Derek serviced our old system and will continue to service our new one. He is amazing and knows what he is doing. He is very good at explaining what needs to be done. Plus my dogs love him. 😊 We also had the pleasure to talk with Craig. He was very helpful answering all our questions and getting everything set up for our new install and checked in afterwards to answer any new questions we had.
