Our family spent alot of money to have the whole system replaced in 2017. I was so impressed with everything they did. Testing, Installation, and scheduling our yearly tests.
My thoughts are that the company has grown so much that you no longer feel like a customer but a number. Calling now gets you a 1800 number and not to the local Culligan.
Our tanks are not putting any pressure out. It is a Monday they told us it would be Thursday before they could come out. I'm extremely disappointed. They offer emergency services and we offered to pay that to have water again asap. Again over scheduling has left no room for emergency services. I understand new customers are important but don't forget about your existing customers. Don't offer a service if you can't do better than days later! Maintaining good relationships is what keeps you going! Do better Culligan!!!!!

I purchased the high efficiency water softener system and under the sink RO system. We had hard water issues with faucets and shower head consistently clogging up with calcium deposits.

Thanks to Culligan now our faucets and shower heads have alot more flow & pressure, our water feels soft after a shower. We are using less soap than before and our skin doesn't feel dry and itchy as before with hard water. What a difference this unit has made at our house.

The RO system has made a huge difference in the taste of our sweet tea, coffee, boilling water for cooking needs like pasta, etc

We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

Purchased a Culligan system several years ago. We spend over 7k and were promised that our water would be 100% fixed with this particular system, it was not. We called them back and of course needed more equipment, so there was more money spent. Here we are several years later and our water is so bad. I won’t call them because they’ll charge us an arm and a leg for more equipment. I will not give them another dime. I would NOT recommend this company. I will be searching for another company to come in or put in a system ourselves for much cheaper.

We used Culligan to get our softener and RO system installed and I could not be more pleased. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both employees I interacted with. Huge cudos to Brian (our water specialist) he took the time to explain everything to us and even came out a second time to double check our water before we invested in our system. He was extremely polite and I greatly enjoyed working with him.

Matt, our installer was amazing. He worked efficiently and made sure to answer any questions I had while he did our installation. He was so personable and even put a line with a switch so we could fill our dog bowl from it. Overall 5 star experience and I could not recommend them enough. Matt and Brian deserve a raise!

Excellent service by the technician this week. Installation of a 10 inch water softener. The technician was thorough, quick and very neat. Very nice job! Thanks to he and Josh.

I was sold a system maybe 8 months ago, promises were made about fixing a ball valve at the same time. Installer came said he couldn’t replace ball valve, only what was behind it in the water system.

Took them months to pick up the old unit.

Now it’s leaking. I called and left a message two days ago and haven’t got a response.

The service is terrible.

The actual product isn't bad, but the sales people are worthless. I invested over $7000 in my system about a year ago, and I have had the worst experience. It took over 4 months to get to a point of "satisfaction", which actually means "settled for what i have". (And after spending that kind of money, i should not have to settle) Every time I call my "sales" guy, he just tells me to call the office. His Manager is no better.
These guys are a joke and if I had to do it over, I would go with another company.

For now, I have to deal with it, but I will try to find filters and uv lights online and do all the maintenance myself. I have ZERO trust in this office. There are other brands that probably work just as well, so do yourself a favor and look around before you decide to call the Salem office.

Installers were polite and seemed to understand the specific instruction I gave them about cleanup and removal of materials under the house and a cardboard piece left on back lawn. To my disappointment the above did not take place, and I had to clean pipe pieces they cut out from area below house and pick up cardboard piece on back lawn also (a 20 ft piece of PVC pipe
was left).Regarding the supervisor sent to the install, he seemed to not take his leadership position with any authority and did not issue directives to other installers regarding cloth shoe covers going into a carpeted area of the home.(Rug must be cleaned by me. )He seemed seemed very good on the installation of said system. When I asked to make sure the clean up should be adhered to, his reply was " I do not wish upset them". (out of 10 your installer crew ,at.best, a 5)
Regarding the initial call for repair/maintenance we were charged 700 dollars and the system did not work after repair and nothing was said in terms of whether a test was done. We were blind sided and surprised when the sales person said we needed a whole system put in. The manager was not even aware. Yet when told a couple times he did not seem to get
that he should at least credit me for 700 dollars for a system that did not work. Both the manager and head sales gentlemen seemed to by pass over my concern of 700 dollars for repair that didn't work. Although, the manager did reduce the bill 500 dollars when he realized that the non-communication that took place regarding said costumer. I am still experiencing the metal smell; however, the installer said it would take a week or two to filter through.
