I have had their R.O set up for 7yrs and I've saved so much money on h20. They come and change filters twice a year. They just hooked up my ice maker and water dispenser in our new refrigerator. Crystal clear ice is the best. Thanks again Culligan.

I appreciate the driver will call me if he misses me at home and makes arrangements with me for when I am available. He realizes 80 pound bags are too heavy for me to carry to my basement. Great customer service!

We've got a new delivery person and it's not going too well. He scared me and my SO in our house by coming in and yelling in my hallway while we were sleeping. He had to go through my laundry room, kitchen, and family room to get into my hallway. We were so flustered we didn't get the 2-3 bags of salt we normally get, we just got 1. Then this past Friday, when I got home from work around 9:30 pm, I noticed we only got 1 bag of salt again. The old delivery guy knew to leave 2 minimum since we go through about 2 1/2 bags a month. I called today to see if they could deliver some extra bags, but was told since they just came out 3 days ago they wouldn't be back until next month. My water is so hard it's rust colored. I can't shower because my skin breaks out, so I haven't showered in 4 days. I have to drive out to Ottawa from Mendota now to get the salt needed so my water is soft enough for me to shower. I'll also probably have to ask a neighbor to help me carry the bags off my truck bed since I can't lift them and my SO is only home 2 days a week... If I have similar issues next month I'm switching companies.

Called Josh this morning telling him our peroxide pump went out right before Christmas. Service man was here early afternoon were not going to have sulfer water till monday. Thanks for the great service Culligan has always been great to deal with. 🙂👍👍

I maybe biased since I work here but I know how delivery services go. It's impossible to make everyone happy all the time. I will also tell you that Aqualicious has ordered water from us at times when they haven't been able to provide their own and have no complaints and all peroxide anyone in the area is using should be between 7-8% if you are using 35% you are just throwing money down the drain. I would recommend our services to anyone and if you are kind to our staff we will be more than happy to help you with your water needs.
Also, don't forget, first Saturday of the month is salt sale day!

8k dollars for junk and they lied about everything. Doesn't work and said filter are easy to find Menards carries them Menard told me no they don't. Problems from day 1 and they don't care. Said I have to pay service fee and for parts this is one week old. Company is a scam.
