The positive reviews of this company are absolutely fake. The reviewer named Alex Moon, for one, was a former employee of theirs, once my account manager. I wish I could post my contact info so that anyone considering this company could get in touch with me and hear a real customer's account of what working with them is like. Lost inventory, over a week to ship orders, no transparency in billing, no understanding of how to manage returns, over a month to get new inventory into stock...This company cost me tens of thousands in lost inventory and countless hours, sometimes full days, spent trying to solve issues like orders sent to the wrong customers, duplicate orders sent, international orders sent without the correct paperwork, returns not put back into inventory. They simply have no grasp of the fundamentals of fulfillment. Customer service was horrible, and there was unbelievable turnover--over the course of two years I had 5 different account managers. One of the most outrageous incidents was the time they claimed they never received a payment that had been sent electronically as had been done for dozens of payments before it. They refused to ship orders unless I made the 5K payment again (a lot of money for my small business). The bank insisted the payment had been sent to CTK's account, and CTK insisted they hadn't received it. In the end, after hours and hours spent on the phone trying to resolve this, they finally realized that the money had been sent to their "sister" company's account in China. CTK is an absolute nightmare. STAY AWAY. It's only a matter of time before they go out of business anyway.

I moved to CTK after 12 years at another logistics company. I lasted there 8-9 weeks and had THE worst experience in my business career of 25 years. My inventory sat in an open area for 8 weeks (2 months), and was never put into the computer or staged in the racks. Could not see my inventory count, tracking or get shipping cost. Nothing but unanswered phone messages and emails... for hours, and days sometimes. They made me enter the orders myself, using an excel spreadsheet that had 40+ columns. Made me setup and get quotes for LTL trucking. They don't have relationships with any truckers. They charged me for 12 individual pick cost on items that were in a case (one box). Several 600 unit orders (50 boxes)... charged $300 instead of $25. They did this several times, until we found it and received $2000 refund. Some of these 5 star reviews are from their management. I wish I would have seen a review like this before joining them. Also, three people that I spoke to and met before joining, were gone in weeks. All the promises given.. were never delivered. I was there between Oct and Dec 2019. If you go there... I hope you have better service than I received. Nothing in this review is untrue.

It has its flaws in its own ways but it was easy work picking I did all day friendly people when they get to know you after awhile. The main owners of the company were so judge mental .
