Michelle was very disrespectful. I will not be coming back here anymore. The line and level of disrespect from this. I don’t know what she is is uncalled for I do not recommend anybody coming here being a cashier has gone to her head. She is so rude. someone needs to teach her manners, I hope the manager calls me back so I can let them know how she treated me. I’m pretty sure they have videos.

Had my credit card skimmed after I went in and bought a coke and chips. The cashier waved my receipt in the air as he handed it to me which was a little odd. I got a notification from my credit card at 2am that someone named Humberto had tried to steal $200 from my card on Cash app. Lucky for me my credit card flagged this fake transaction.I live down the street and will never step in Timewise Food Store #173 on the corner of Montrose and Dallas again.

Bugs in drink machine and cups. I mentioned this to multiple employees and they each did not respond with more than a mumble.

The employees do not do anything, the hygiene is awful, and employees take hour breaks leaving 1 employee at the front all day. It’s a pathetic place honestly

Pathetic excuse for a gas station, especially since affiliated with ExxonMobil. Only half the pumps work, skimming devices reported at pumps, inability to use ExxonMobil gas credit card at pump, however worked perfectly inside. Horrible customer service, surly cashier. What has happened to the ExxonMobil reputation!! Not going to use this station ever again!!!

The guy that works night shift is literally SLEEPING in the store and won't come to the window. Like you can call, beat on the window loud, literally be there 20 min and he will not answer. I've been there at night on two different occasions and can even see his backpack and snacks he brought but he just wont answer.
