The staff is the Best. Friendly, courtesy and professional. Units and property are well kept. After checking around found their pricing is great and reasonable. We liked them so much we came back a few months later and for another storage unit.

Very Clean. Very Secure. Fair Pricing. They did help me move in for free, and they treated all my item's with care & respect.I have been renting here Over 10 years. It's like a She-shed...but different. lol ALL The Staff are Top Notch... Michael Forkin..Marcella & Marcos are Total Rockstars. They have been in my corner when maybe I wasn't...there very much...But, my items are comfortably waiting for me and for that I am truly grateful.

Everything Great. I looked at quite a few storage units. None had nicer facilities, including bathroom, vending machines, friendly staff and a welcome feeling. Free pickup and move in with 3 helpers was over the top. Easy 5 stars all the way around

I truly love this place! From the easy and helpful move in, to impeccable customer service! Maricela and Marcos are ROCKSTARS! Any issues I’ve had they addressed immediately and with a dose of friendly conversation. Feels like family. Shout out to Jose and the yard crew, for their dedication and help when I couldn’t get my unit shut or any thing I needed. Every time I’ve had an issue they addressed it not only immediately but with such friendly interactions. Also Mike the manager is a great guy who also follows up. Bravo guys, great team and I’m so happy to be here! P.S. the other tenants I work near have been nothing but a pleasure, a fun group of hardworking people. ❤️🙌🙏

CSI Mini Storage has been helping me store family belongings for many years, with the greatest courtesy and skill I can imagine. A year ago, when I moved from the Bay Area to Eugene, Oregon, I left a lot in my CSI locker, from files to furniture. Recently, I realized that I could move to a smaller space. I'm far away in Oregon but my son was visiting the Bay Area. CSI staff guided him to make the move. I can't tell you how much gratitude I have to CSI for helping me through a time of change, always assured that my belongings are safe and sound. Moving out is such a stressful ordeal. Luckily, I heard about CSI Mini Storage through some friends and I was able to get their assistance with moving my stuff into a storage unit at their facility. Francisco was prompt, kind and a complete professional when it came to assisting me move my items over. He was very careful with my fragile items and moved everything very quickly - I was more than impressed! The overall customer service was excellent too. I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Maricela in the front office and I signed my paperwork and got my keys very quickly.
