CSA Transportation, services LTL & TL to and from Canada, California to Seattle, California to Chicago, California to New Jersey/New York, NJ/NY to California. Over 13 Terminals, this Los Angeles Terminal is one of the busiest of all. 27 Dock Doors, cross dock capabilities. Great location in the heart of Fontana, Ca, a large transportation city/hub. Company is growing, trains & promotes from within and continues to keep up with the demand of the growing transportation industry.

Would leave a zero star review if I could. Horrible customer service. Showed up without scheduling a time with us to pick up our load and then charged us for not being open. Told us that they were not informed that we had to let them know to schedule a time with us… didn’t know that wasn’t common sense.

The way they talk to you also is super rude. I felt like I am fighting in a boxing match with them. They will never admit they were wrong or be nice about any sort of issue that has occurred. Money is one thing but what really makes me mad is bad customer service. Super dissatisfied.

Folks in the main office are nice, but the staff in the shipping/receiving department are rude, and they use bad language for no reason. The sad thing is that I have to go here and I always get the same treatment from them, like I am asking them for something. I am only doing my job which is to deliver. They should teach them how to treat people better this type of attitude just ruins my day.

This place is a joke if you are getting live loaded. You gotta wait atleast 6 hours on a regular load to be loaded if its all ready. But if its not good luck with that. Shippers are rude and arrogant if you ask them anything.
Also they are zero on technology coz i asked for paperwork to be emailed and i will print it. It seemed i asked them for their whole life savings.. thats wat their reaction was.. lol.. so good luck getting loaded at this BS place.
Although they got scale at location and backing into dock is easy. Staff and times to load you are garbage.

More like CON Trans. I asked for a quote to deliver a shipment to a food distributor which only receives late night hours which i emphasized multiple times. Gary Hidalgo deceived me on purpose with a quote that did not include the additional after hours charge. Only after it shipped they changed the invoice and made me pay an extra $300 before delivery. He could have easily warned me about this charge with the original quote. I won't use them again and have advised my vendors to no longer use them as well.

CSA was engaged. by MODERN PLANET furniture to deliver large items I ordered. MODERN PLANET promises curbside delivery. The driver didn't come to my address but stopped at my neighbor's because he wasn't experienced enough to back his truck up a hill which large moving vans have navigated many times. Now CSA is trying to charge me for"additional assistance" from the driver. The driver stood by while my husband and men working on a house nearby loaded 300lbs of items into my husband's pick up truck. The driver did less than he would have had he actually delivered curbside as promised. This is fraud on the part of the driver, CSA and MODERN PLANET.
