Signed up for new service with them. These are the bins they dropped off. Spent 25 minutes on hold to ask to get cleaner bins. Lady on the phone said they would come to replace them. That day came and went, no one came to replace them. I called to follow up on that, after another 25 minutes on hold I get to talk to someone. She puts me on hold again in under a minute. Waiting on hold for 5 minutes and she disconnects the call 2 minutes before closing.

Look, I'm not expecting a trash bin that I can eat off of. Just something that isn't a biohazard. This is decades of someone else's garbage sludge with trash stuck to it. I think the very least you should be able to expect from your trash company is for them not to commit war crimes at your front door.

I never had any problems from South Lake Refuse UNTIL C&S Waste purchased the company. I am being charged for a bigger size trash can for over two pay periods now and they insist they have already switched my trash can (even though I have had the same trash can for over 10 years now). The workers continue to tell me that they have already switched my trash can out when they have not. This has been over three months trying to get a bigger trash can and dealing with horrible customer service. Sometimes the workers just forward your call to voicemail. Almost to the point of calling it quits and letting my lawyer take it from here because I am not paying for a trash can I never received. 0/5 stars don’t recommend this company unless you want to be over charged and accused of lying about a trash can. LOL. What a joke of a company.

Redwood Waste Solutions bought out Solid Waste of Willits to provide garbage and recycling collection on the Mendo Coast in January 2024. I had a rapport with the previous driver who was the most dependable, committed employee I've ever seen. In over a decade, he never missed a day on our route and was so prompt you could set a watch by his arrival. At the end of the year, 2023, he told me with excitement that the new, larger company promised new trucks and raises for everyone. A few months later, no longer seeing our driver, I asked the new kid where my regular driver was. He informed me that he hasn't been with them since the beginning of the year. It appears, they neglected to mention to the employees with seniority that instead of a new truck and raise they were being shitcanned for their years of dedication.

Forced to use them. They took over from Redwood and gave me a 64gal can. Now apparently I have to pay more if I want to keep it tho there was never any disclosure by the company until after my can had to be replaced. Good job guys, you found the missing link. If I had a choice I would use them.

I’m hearing a lot of complaints about fees and fines for too much cheese on the pizza box or too much cardboard in general or extra bags of trash? Charging customers from 9 to25 dollars per. A lot of us have security footage out here in the sticks. Lastly fix Recycling and CRV.

The new dump situation in Willits is hazardous dirty and slimy! It’s an accident waiting to happen! I mean, like, go there to do my recycling and it seems like it’s getting mixed in with the garbage. It’s confusing you have to wait a long time in line, And not at all or like it was in the past! Super downgrade happening in Willits! Somebody’s gonna get hurt for sure! The health department should be notified.

For me it's been a seamless transition from Willits Solid Waste to Redwood Waste Solutions. Good communication, easy to reach friendly support on the phone if I have a question, and no flaws at all in the service.

Pretty unhappy with this company so far. My husband and I have lived at our current address for almost a year, and have always gotten service from them. We put our bins out Sunday night (as we always do), and Monday morning, they were gone. Called them this afternoon, and they claim we have a “hold” on our account from the City. Went to the City, and they said there was nothing wrong with our account. We don’t owe anything, there were no holds, no nothing. Find it highly suspicious that this happened all of a sudden. We even called our landlord, and she said she hadn’t received anything saying we don’t get service (garbage is included in our rental agreement). Gonna call them tomorrow and find out how to get our bins back. This is not okay at all 😠.
