The staff is always so helpful and the store is VERY clean!
It certainly helps that the cookies taste fantastic as well, and we love looking at the changing menu each week!

Loved it! I've had Crumbl cookies delivered for friends and family but never got any for myself. This was the first time I dropped in for some cookies for me, and a celebration of Mother's Day, and it did not disappoint! The cashier who helped me was so nice, the inside of Crumbl was super clean and presentable, and the cookies were really good! I can understand what all the hype is about haha.

The week I went in there was a wedding cake cookie and I have to say that might be one of my favorites! It's got a vanilla bean frosting and cookie base and is sooo good. Crumbl is definitely a go to for any special occasion or to just make someone's day! I'll definitely be back. 🙂

Aight so Crumbl... It's almost good. I like their cookies but I don't like their variety. I understand I am in the minority in this field but some of Crumbl's cookies are really good, and I shouldn't have to wait a month or two to get a single cookie. Also I have beef with how they keep each cookie barely undercooked. I like a cooked cookie and I think I would taste just as great being fully cooked.

Never got my food, they refunded my money which was nice but I wanted the cookies... so... interesting business practice that is, i guess.
They attempt to get you cookies...
I get it, door dash is not crumble but I didn't place the order with door dash, I paced it with crumble and they gave it to door dash weather I liked it or not. So crumble is at fault. Bummer, this much chaos over cookies, driver didn't even call me.

Boston Cream is one of our favorites and it was pretty bad today 11/10/2023 from the Payson store. The cream did not set up correctly and the whole cookie was pretty savory not sweet at all. We were very disappointed.

Addressed the issue with Crumbl and they handled it immediately and sent over a coupon that more than made up for the minor issue.

The cookie selection lacks consistency, with frequent changes and an overwhelming number of flavors. It’s frustrating when you find a favorite cookie only for it to disappear, and not come around again for a long time. More stability in the flavor offerings would improve my rating.

I never have issues with this location I order my cookies online and pick them up simple as that. I prefer Crumbl over dirty doughs tho as I did find out crumbl uses fresh made dough and dirty dough uses frozen dough.

To the 2 ladies that worked the night of Oct 12 I wanted to say I am truly sorry. My course of action that evening was terrible and inexcusable. I was way too hasty and I lacked patience and I should have just waited. I feel very bad for what I did yet you two showed me kindness even for what I did. I am very thankful for that even though I felt like scum. Me and my family really enjoyed the cookies and I am thankful for what you guys did for me that day. I am very sorry and I hope you guys have an amazing day!
