I just love Crumbl and how quick and friendly their service is. Tonight was no exception! I went at 8:30 pm and ordered 12 cookies, one of which was still cooking. The sweet girl at the counter told me it would be 8 minutes plus time to cool. I readily agreed because I was listening to a good audio book. I went to my car and waited, watching as more people came and she served them all quickly and friendly. I know she was worried about the time, but honestly, she had told me and I could see her working frantically on all the orders. When she came out, she not only delivered it with a smile, but she also brought me a coupon and apologized for the wait. What an amazing, thoughtful employee. She truly showed she loved her job and knew how to serve. I can't wait to go again. This place always makes me happy!

Why does this always happen to me!! I'm always so excited for my favorite flavors, and I always end up getting $h¡t!! New years Eve, I figured, why not get easy dessert!?.. i ordered 4 churro 2 golden oreo . This is what was delivered to me. No more for me.

Crumbl cookies are usually quite good, and that is the reason I was bummed out on my latest purchase. We took advantage of the 6 for the price of 4 special they were running. We decided to get a few extra sugar cookies on this order as they are usually fantastic. This time,however, the sugar cookies were not very good at all. Which is a bummer, plus I got extra sugar cookies to boot. The frosting was fine but the cookie itself, not so much. They had a really "granular" type of texture which they would start trying to fall apart with only the frosting kind of holding them together. The center of the cookies were also sort of doughy, like they hadn't been cooked long enough.

Such a cool place for a unique snack/dessert experience. Can order online via kiosk or cashier. This location sells a crumble game, looks super interesting. Love that they have minis in stock! Will hook up with extra sprinkles:) Decently priced, super clean store, super sleek looking, drinks available and friendly staff. Would love to come back!

Drinks were great, cookies not so much.
The Twisted cookie was pure dough. It was like it was put in the oven for 1 minute and quickly pulled out.

I really like that they do more than cookies. I love their specialty cakes and pies, but half of the time that I go there, they are out of the flavors I want.
I feel like they should compensate for that somehow, or better yet….. make more so they don’t run out all the time!

You don't accept CASH?!! Really...!
We stopped for a quick treat and found out that our business is, apparently, not valued.... because we tried to pay with cash...?! We also have an important birthday party coming up and wanted to check out some flavors to see if we might want to serve your cookies instead of the traditional birthday cake. Needless to say, if you refuse to accept my preferred method of payment -- U.S. "legal tender" CASH -- then I will find someone who does.
I think it's great that retailers give options for payment, because many people do use credit/debit cards. However, some of us do not always use plastic, especially for something like a drink or a cookie; and to be told that my money -- U.S. currency, right here IN the USA -- is not accepted....... well, apparently you don't want or need my business. Also, I wonder if you expect every young person, (teens?), who might visit your store to have a credit/debit card, etc...
**PS - FYI.... You do have competitors who still value ALL customers and happily accept cash. Just thought you should know.

I bought the Dulce De Leche cake and didn’t notice that the frosting was lacking until I got home. See picture. Make sure you double-check before leaving the store. A little disappointed be cause it is a premium cookie.
