Crowning Touch, from beginning to end, was absolutely perfect. From initially touching base with the office to the actual movers moving me from Roanoke to my Dad's house in Lynchburg all went well. The two young men who did all the heavy lifting also assisted us in moving some of my Dad's furniture around to accommodate mine. They were delightful to work with. I highly recommend Crowning Touch! SIX STARS!!

These guys are amazing. I don't know how they get everything set up decorated labeled and priced with starting bids and then break it all down and do it again month after month after month. It really is remarkable.
Their customer service is superb! They have lots of guys to help you load the stuff in your truck. They have people available to help you go over your list. They have people available to show you all the different things and tell you about the items. The consignment place next door is just as well run. I'm impressed every single month!
Their prices run from $5 all the way up to thousands of dollars depending on how the bidding goes. Most things are priced well. Occasionally something will be priced too high but not often. I found excellent deals on furniture, quilts, jewelry, tools, art prints, mirrors, knick knacks and antiques.
Do not shop here - I don't want the competition!

Crowning Touch movers picked up a dining room set for consignment - a solid wood dining table with leaves, two sideboards and a hutch with glass shelves. By the time they were done, everything was so thoroughly and carefully packed that I think they could have rolled the truck and nothing would have been damaged. They are amazing.

We had a lot of items to move after moving my Dad out of his house. Crowning Touch was amazing. The young men that moved us were incredible. They were punctual, professional, and very very careful. Everything was wrapped and handled with the utmost of care. I have moved multiple times previously and there service and efforts were outstanding. They also didn't use all the allotted time that was estimated. At the end, they adjusted the bill to the appropriate amount of time/hours worked and the amount due was less than estimate! Wonderful job guys!

My wife and have been going here and to the monthly auctions for more than a decade. The staff has always been great and helpful !! And you have to come or watch the auction online each month. You never know what's going to be lurking. I collect militaria and all sorts of odds and ends. And I've been very successful in some "treasures" over the years. Two Rolex watches (yep, real, not China fake). Plus many hats and helmets and military clothing, pipes etc... Not to mention the knickknack gifts and furniture and most recently a $3,000.00 electronic piano for like $225.00 auction price !! We love going of we're able. The pictures I posted are of items I've bid on or won at auction.

On the day of the move, I was greeted by a team of movers, CJ and Michael, who were not only professional but also incredibly polite and courteous. They handled everything with care, and their attention to detail was truly impressive.

If you’re on the fence..Do NOT hesitate to use them bc they’re wonderful!
My experience from start to finish with Crowning Touch couldn’t have been better. Liz, Anna Marie, Selena, Clarence, Dmytro, Pam, and CJ…the entire crew was outstanding!
I have a home filled with my stuff (and stuff from other family members who are no longer with us); in my basement, garage, shed, and all around my property. 35 years worth. As I’m physically no longer able to manage all of it myself so I began looking for help online and found CT. They were here 5 full days and each day they worked their tails off. My home was a BIG job. Every item was brought to me for a decision to either keep, donate, trash (2 huge Tidy dumpsters full!), consign or auction, and they made me feel completely confident and comfortable with every decision I made. Never a judgment. That they were patient with me is an understatement! When the week was done I was amazed at what they’d accomplished. I wouldn’t have believed it could be done in that time…but they did it. And I have to add…we had fun! Every single one of them came here upbeat and exuded positivity every single day. And the laughter we shared during this physically and emotionally trying time was the absolute best medicine for me and my son.
I was sad when they were done and didn’t come the next morning. My special needs adult son adored them as well, and they worked so well with him.
If and when I move from my home, I will call on them again to move me.
I sincerely loved these guys.
