Do not buy any forklift battery chargers from these people. No one but crown will be able to service them if they go bad. You will be spending a fortune trying to find someone. Bought a total of 4 forklifts from this company and 4 chargers trusted them all the way on what they were selling me. Turns out they give me one charge that was different from the others, probably something they wanted to get rid off. When I call them about this no one knew what to do keep getting the round around. We didn’t want them touching our equipment since we can’t trust them. Never going back to this company or recommend their services.

this company is a JOKE! I want to buy a new electric pallet jack for my warehouse, I stopped by their Schaumburg location to speak to a rep in person and see if they had anything in stock to show me.... the office nearly fell out of their chairs when I asked to speak to a rep, they said no one has ever come here in person. They politely took my information and told me someone would reach out tomorrow.... its Friday and that was Monday do you think anyone reach out HAHA you want to spend $10,000 on equipment and you can't even get a sales rep to call you back let alone show up to their office in person

I don't know what was better: the reaction of the crown staff when I came in person to ask to speak to a rep or them not even knowing who the current reps were to connect me with

I am a local Schaumburg business owner and the whole experience I had with crown was such unprofessional and embarrassing

Your employee walked into our shop without ringing a doorbell and didn't read instructions to not enter, you're lucky I didn't call the police and have him arrested for trespassing.
