We sent our driver to this cross dock on Friday for a restock of full trailer of ketchup. Great prices and they were very quick and attentive. Thanks to them we got unloaded quick and didn’t lose our new load for Labor day weekend.

We got rejected for delivery at receiver because of trailer mechanical issues, called dock to dock for help and they got us unloaded in 30 minutes. We set an appointment for following day at 8am and these guys finished delivering the load for us, no storage pay overnight just because it was Christmas and wanted to help us out

If in need of cross dock in Salt Lake City - then look no further! They are professional, have huge space, low price and it is so CLEAN!. Left 7 pallets, come back after few hours to pick them up, 20 minutes total. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this 24/7 crossdock for services.i had a trailer breakdown, lost one of my axle on trailer,I spoke to zen and explained the whole situation....they unload my trailer with caution..it was 10°f Outside and they make sure it's safe for them and safely secure the trailer...they charge me the reasonable amount....thanks Jen...

Had a horrible experience with them shipping my goods. I work for a custom pottery company. I had 75 hand made clay pots shipped for an art exhibit in Texas. The driver arrived a little over four and a half hours late. He refused to unload my goods because he needed to catch up to the next stop. I asked him to call his supervisor. He spoke to him in a different language so I wouldn’t understand, giving me dirty looks the whole time. He proceeded to unload my inventory and dropped a dozen of my pots and broke them beyond repair. He did not want to take accountability for it saying that he “shouldn’t be unloading them anyway” when in the contract it was agreed that my driver would. I was not reimbursed for my broken merchandise and ended up billing the company for it which they still have not paid. Whatever you do don’t hire these guys. It’s terrible customer service. I would have rather walked my merchandise across the interstate one by one than taken the risk with these guys, beware!
