Do not use this company! Built my parent’s deck 2 yrs ago and we are still trying to get them to come fix their terribly sloppy and dangerous deck. Boards uneven so you trip on them. They had to replace the entire staircase because it was not built to code. Came to replace the top board on the deck and it is a different kind of wood. Most planks have only one screw and a lot were screwed too close to the edge making the wood split. Owner said that he would come out 3 weeks ago and still has not shown up. He, also, won’t return phones calls. This has been on ongoing process over the last 2 years and no response. Going to the BBB. Heed this warning…DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I had four new more efficient windows installed. Heat shield was installed in the attic and in basement windows. I had some concerns about the installation and called Mr. Cronkite. He came out and inspected the work and addresses all of my questions. He sent the technicians back to correct a few things with the Heat shield. I was satisfied with the quick response and the correction. The techs were polite, personable and cleaned up after themselves.

So for some reason my review was taken down so here we go again. I reached out to bronchitis to get my houses sidding done because we had some wooden flaps and not vinel so I wanted a more updated look. Their sales rep came out and was overly pushy but they had a decent deal so I say screw it let's do It. This was during the pandemic and getting materials was slow but to be expected. 3-4monrhs go by and they start on the house and at 1st the team coming in tore off all of the siding in like a day I was impressed because they made great headway. Then that team left and no one came back for nearly 2 weeks so my home was exposed to the elements so I called and was like what the hells going on? Excuse 1. Ok fine just please come back and finish. When they finally got around to it the crew they had come out were 1 doing hard white powder drugs on my property 2 they brought over 24 packs I think it was bush (it's been a while) and we're drinking on the job and the guy running the crew brought tools over to work on his car in front of my house so cronkhite was paying him to work on his car great I tried to complain with the company and they basically told me to shove off. The owner said he would not bring in a new crew and to put the siding up with this crew took over 3 months and when they left I had materials falling off left and right. The person working the fron desk ay one point told me o sorry we forgot your place was still being worked on. All in all not impressed. The reason I'm writing this post is because recently your company has been calling id say 3 -4 times last few weeks trying to offer deals like why would I try and have such a company come work on my property when all you did was drugs excuses and not care about your customer
