Sako and his team are the best in the business! I needed to move my stuff from a 1 bedroom apartment in California to Florida and they helped me get it done with care, earlier than expect and at a reasonable price! I recieved my shipment in 7 days.
From my initial phone call for a quote to the final delivery, they went above and beyond.
I shipped a chest of drawers and 14 boxes. They were able to box the chest of drawers and palletize it with everthing else into 2 nicely packed pallets. They shrink wrapped and strapped everything down for a safe and secure delivery. The whole process was very professional! I would definitely use them again and recommended them to my friends.

This company extorted me for nearly $4,000.

I was quoted $5,800 to pick up, pack, insure and ship 2 paintings to Australia.

Once picked up and packed I had a gallery in New York interestedin them so I asked them to please hold off for a few days while I figured out the situation.

After a week I said that we would pick up the paintings. I of course knew I would owe money for the picking up and packing.

I was told that I owed them $3,800 which included a 'release' fee. He refused to give me an itemized receipt.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am now having to take them to small claims court.

DO NOT WORK with this company.

Deceitful. I could write pages documenting how awful Sako Berberian and my experience with this company was. However I wouldn’t want to waste your time like they did mine.
1. Not the least expensive, but
2. I selected them after his assertion that they provide 100% damage/shipping coverage.
COMPLETE LIE

He put the wrong zip code on my crate of fine art and everything that happened next was a disaster. When the crate eventually arrived (I spent hours and hours talking to many people to get it redirected and eventually delivered) it was damaged and so was a frame inside. Fine art tends to be in custom frames…something he seemed to think was unimportant. After paying almost $2000 to ship my items I then ended up paying over $1200 to replace the ruined frame. He refused to cover the cost citing his high deductible. He offered to pay part of it but then didn’t pay a dime when sent the bill. And, I discovered it doesn’t work to take someone to small claims court when you live out of state.

Krikor, Sako, and his team are fantastic. We had an unusual situation where we were shipping a large and cumbersome eBay purchase back to a seller in connection with a dispute resolution. The team came to our house to pick up the item, packaged it securely, and shipped it for us. There were twists and turns along the way, including the seller refusing to play ball with the shipper, but Kirkor, Sako, and team were great at communicating everything to us along the way. They listened, they were empathetic, and they ultimately helped us get the result we were looking for. The whole operating has a professional, but at the same time, family feel to it. I highly recommend them.

Horrific. Why create a website advertising crating and freighting if you don't actually do either? Never respond to quotes, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return phone calls, promised a quote and then never got back to us, leaving us high and dry. Now reading all the other negative reviews I understand they are just a scam.
