Life long resident of New Brighton 60 years old and I always support local Businesses including Craig's. When I went today to get a matching hook to ones I bought the other day one of the clerks followed me- took it from me as soon as I picked it up and said he would check me out. When I told him that made it hard to look around at all the cool stuff he told me to go to Lowes or Home Depot. I called Rick to let him know the situation. He cut me off and put the Employee back on the phone who said it was a joke. Really disappointed in the attitude from both of them toward a regular customer.

This is my favorite hardware store. Serious nut bolts. Stainless nuts bolts. Paint. Best is a super knowledgeable personal working there. I like homedepot but these guys have it seems to me the stuff that others don’t. Especially hardware of nails bolts. You get the point I think. Tell them Guy Ruff sent you.

This place is the best. They have everything you are looking for. If it's not in the store right now, they will order it for you in no time. All employees are professional, polite and extremely nice. Great service! They listen and sincerely try to help. Prices somewhat higher than box store; if price is an issue go to the box stores. If you want time saving service and answers to real questions, go to Craig's.

Don't buy online, go here first! As soon as you walk in they want to help you. They want your business and they do what they can to help. I have had multiple projects that I would explain to them and they help me find the parts. Their vast fastener selection is second to none! This is the kind of place that America is about. Excellent, immediate service. No looking for someone to help you. (Imagine that!) Friendly, knowledgeable staff and hometown atmosphere. Wide selection of hard-to-find small tools, drill bits and bolt hardware. Prices are a few % higher here but, they usually have what you need, when you need it. Better than getting dumb looks from the Big Box stores. Always look here 1st. It'll probably save you a trip.

Great bunch of guys there. I was in town for an event and needed to make a car repair, handmaking a specialty tool with bolts and thread sizes that the big box stores don't have. This store is a classic old school hardware store that has "1 of everything". The guys there helped me tremendously, and were awesome to deal with. Every small town should wish they had a place like this.
