My experience was great with CR. Great for anybody who needs a start, extremely lenient and will give you the loads as long as you are willing to run, I was running 3000 miles a week consistently western regional straight out of the gate until I was offered a dedicated route. They gauge your driving habits and issue you loads accordingly , so If you only run 6 hours a day and stop at every truck stop along the way for a break then don’t expect to get a 1,500 mile run. This is trucking you have to have the ability to take any load and drive for whatever that load calls for in order to make money. Thank you CR England for giving me my start in trucking!

This company is supposed to be a good truck driving company! It's not. They never answer their phones, you get put on hold, HR does not return phone calls and when you do talk to someone they are so rude like I am bothering them they tell you nothing in orientation granted they pay for hotel but it's a dirty hotel maid comes in after 5 asking if I need towels! No correct information they have no training on their computer that they use for the trucks, no invertor, no air in the back of the truck, when training with someone no communication gave me wrong truck and you still can't talk with someone even the recruiters don't answer phone calls or emails. CR England is more customer driven you should take care of both employees and customers.

Why does take 1 week to finish orientation this dumb it only take 3 day to finish orientation specially if have 17 years of experience driving semi truck watching videos doesn't make it better either it's boring the drive should do on there own time to finish watching the video... drive need pay there bills hello .....

Careful, it's a good company to learn how to drive truck but not a good company to stay with forever because lot have changed concerning with compliance, all the trucks are made in Mexico, they break down allot, they don't make trucks like they used to 12 years ago with. If you been with C.R.England up to 2 years without any preventable accident or moving violation, get out of there fast and drive for other company or you could regretted if you get sick, or hurt, after you return to work from sick leave or work comp leave, they will have you o the road test, no matter how long you been with them.
