Package was sent out for delivery on weds. No delivery. Thursday they called said they needed directions and that they could not
find the address on weds. Gave them the directions but Oops we didn't put the package in the car. Now it is Friday night and still no package. Best part is it is marked perishable. They don't care. The people they hire to deliver are very unprofessional. They don't introduce themselves just immediately ask you where you live. I don't know how they are still in business.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I have ever had ordering something. I ordered an almost $500 laptop last Wednesday because it was supposed to be next day delivery and my son needs it to be able to do his virtual school that started 8/24. Every day since then it has been pushed back to the next. It was left at the warehouse, then they “couldn’t find my house”, then said I requested a future delivery which wasn’t true, then the package was damaged, now has to be replaced and my new date is Friday. Over a week since ordering. Absolutely no help.

Delivery driver delivered my packages to wrong building but was insisting her delivered to the right address. When I contacted the company to inform them and to find out where packages where delivered they argued with me stating the packages were delivered to the correct location. Unprofessional, rude, and didn't offer any help what's so ever to locate the packages.

Incredible care with delivery & on time to boot.

We'd been receiving a meal kit box from other carriers for the last year since coronavirus began. It would always arrive late, spoiled & rotten, or severely damaged.

Courier Express has had it arrive on time since they began delivering it. No damage to the box, delivered with extreme care.

Our courier's name was Will. He is incredibly kind and said he treats everyone's boxes as if they were for his own grandmother!
