It’s nice to visit an audiologist who doesn’t heard you through like cattle. This place is small and extremely attentive to the individual. Pam the receptionist was warm and welcoming. And Dr. Kristin was so thorough and honest with her testing. I can’t recommend them any higher than 5 stars. If I could I would.

Country road audiology is the most amazing place to get hearing aids if you need them, Kristin is the most amazing lady to help you with what you need in hearing devices and she will not talk you into higher priced ones she will tell you what you need and you have as long as you want to decide which ones are right for you, after you get your hearing aids you will not be left on your own to figure them out Kristen is VERY!!! helpful and wanting to make sure you understand every aspect of your new hearing aids, Kristen explains everything about the hearing aids in depth and in terms that anyone can understand. Kristin goes above and beyond her customer service to help her clients and is very caring and respectful to everyone. I would have rated her practice a 10 but u could only give 5 stars...anyway if your in need of any hearing devices stop by and see kristin, u will not be disappointed!!!!!

I would like to recommend Country Roads Audiology to anyone, adult or child, who has hearing issues. Kristin Quesenberry has the perfect combination of professionalism and a warm, caring personality. She makes sure you are getting the proper hearing aids for your needs and that they are performing as they should. I have been noticing some hearing challenges at crowded restaurants and networking events for a couple of years now. I contacted Kristen Quesenberry with Country Roads Audiology for an appointment and I could not be happier with the service provided. Kristen asked a lot of questions, did a series of tests, and explained to me very clearly what is happening as I age. Her in-depth and easy to understand overview of my hearing challenges gave me the needed information to make informed decisions about my hearing. She offered tips to help me in various situations and gave me an overview of what to expect in the years to come. I highly recommend a visit to her if you are noticing any hearing challenges. While you might not yet need hearing aids, I don't yet, she will help you chart a path and understand what is happening.

I had went to Kristin a yr ago and so glad I did I no longer start every sentence with what. She explained and educated me on hearing loss. I never realized that it had so much effect on your brain and how wonderful it is to hear things so clear. Love my hearing aids and Kristin for a wonderful hearing experience.
