⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ i am absolutely in love with this place! There is nothing better than a small town, cute cafe and this one tops the list! I ate here once while nearby at the Army base, loved it so much I ate here everyday after! They have many fresh salads available for grab & go or you can order a sandwich from the counter. Seriously best ever sandwich!! (I ordered the CBCR) I took a coworker and he was speechless at his special chicken and rice. We told everyone at base to go we loved it that much. You absolutely cannot leave without trying the tomato soup! Best tomato soup I’ve ever had! The baked goods look amazing too. And the staff are so sweet and friendly. They know everyone and make you feel so at home and welcome. Plus the prices are extremely reasonable! A MUST VISIT!!

Every visit to the Corner Store is a delightful experience! The homemade fried buttermilk chicken sandwich is a must-try - it's incredibly crispy, perfectly seasoned, and the size is generously huge. My wife's Brunswick stew was the epitome of comfort food, rich and satisfying. We're regulars here, and for good reason. From their mouthwatering French dip sandwich to the innovative pulled pork hand pies, everything on the menu is a hit. Don't skip their homemade salads and desserts either! The staff treats you like family, and the ambiance inside this former bank turned charming eatery adds to the unique dining experience. Clean, friendly, and consistently delicious, this place is a gem in Bowling Green. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality homemade food!

I am so in love with this place! You can sit inside or outside, we sat outside. I’ve been here before and had the fried buttermilk chicken sandwich & hand pies and they were both so good. This time I had the French dip and it was the best French dip I’ve ever had! The bread was toasty and delicious and the roast beef & au jus was so flavorful! My husband and I shared the Thai cold noodle pasta and it’s our favorite!! Washed it all down with a bottle of Cheerwine. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, which I tried a bite of, and it was so so good! The pork was very flavorful and tasted like it had been on the smoker for hours…which it probably was because they do have a smoker outside. Everything was so delicious, we can’t wait to come back again! Glad we live so close!

I’m happy to have a cafe like this one here in bowling green! The food is fantastic, service is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is so cozy. My personal favorite items are the deviled eggs, tuna sandwich, and grilled cheese + soup. 😋❤️🌟

It has been over a year however we decided to try again. A couple of little sandwiches, two deserts, containers of crab soup: $55! It better be good. And it was delicious. Somewhere I read homemade. Not in my home. We were wowed at how different and delicious everything was. The portions are small, the prices are high but the taste is worth it. Buy extra, you will want another. Slim selections ( this is not a Greek restaurant) but this place would be swamped ( think The Soup Nazi) if it were in in Manhattan.
We chose to take out and the packaging, especially the soups were tricky to get home in one piece.

Lunch was ok here. My Best Ham Sam was a little heavy handed on the mayonnaise which was disappointing because the description said " a touch of mayo". On the corner dip the au jus was very subtle with the rosemary and garlic. Prices were high for the size of the sandwich, but it had cool decor and a nice staff. The bathroom was clean.

Update: I've been back a few times and everything is amazing. You can't go wrong with chicken sandwich or the corner dip sandwiches. However, today I ordered a BLT for myself (my husband gets it all the time) but I got it with spicy mayo instead of the regular mayo and IT WAS AMAZING. 10/10 will eat again.

We stopped by this store last week and we wanted to give it a try. It has a very comfortable atmosphere and good selection of cold food for sides or on the go.
Their hamburger pies are absolutely delicious, their tomato soup is so flavorful. We also tried their chicken salad and it was great. The food was so good we came back a week later when we’re in the area. I can truly agree with the other reviews, this is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. A great ratio of chicken and breading with a perfect blend of spices and a tasty mayo mix. I highly recommend anyone try stopping by if you’re in the area.
