I come in to the ER in excruciating back pain just be have a rude couldn’t care less about you experience. In an hour all they did was a urine test they didn’t even bother to do the basic things like give me a Tylenol for my pain every time I come here I wish I’d had just taken the hour ride to UVM at least they have a remote clue of how to do their job and even with 10 times the amount of patiences UVM is still somehow faster on any given day I would never ever recommend coming here unless you are literally dying witch you’d probably be better off just doing so, so you could at least enjoy your time in some way

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Hospital staff and the surgical team that oversaw my total left Knee replacement. All of you were so kind thoughtful and definitely professional. Of course no successful Knee replacement can ever be done without having the BEST Doctor actually doing it. Thank you Dr. Nicholas Antell. You ARE THE BEST IN MY BOOK. Also a special shout out to Dr. Nella Wennburg who got me through with my cortisone and Gel shots until my operation date was here on May 9th. I am highly recommending anyone who is in the " KNEED" of a total knee replacement, this IS the Dr. and Team you want. After only three days I am a little sore but no significant pain and I'm doing my exercises and taking my meds as prescribed. Also thank you to the people who man the desks at Mansfield Orthopedics. You also played a big part in this endeavor.

I am a semi-retired emergency medicine doctor and medical school professor from Pittsburgh. While we were doing some mountain rescue training and evaluation on Mount Mansfield, one of my teammates accidentally stepped on my left hand with crampons, and I ended up with a small laceration. My nurse Jenna was great, and Dr Hammer did an absolutely wonderful job of taking care of my hand with a really nice repair. Overall one of the best emergency department experiences I have personally ever experienced.

Really I didn't even wanna give them a one Star review I went to the Copley ER because I had a wicked cough and just didn't feel good they checked me in extremely fast got to my room two hours went by with no interaction after being brought to my room I could hear all the nurses talking laughing so forth thought oh maybe they forgot I was in here was ganna go out but a nurse and another patient came into the room (I had a shared room) and the nurse takes care of the patient then looks at me and is like mam follow me plz so I follow her she put me in a private waiting room area at this point I am completely done I went out to the nurse station and they told me all the nurses are busy so I left and went to newport hospital where I was diagnosed with pneumonia so thanks Copley for nothing I will never willingly go to this hospital again

I went in with a fever. I left with a fever and a $6000 bill, of which I had to pay $1600. I saw my regular doctor the next day. I was out in 15 minutes and knew what was wrong without chest x-rays or a CT scan.

We went to Copley hospital when my daughter ran into the grill and cut her head open. We were seen quickly and the doctor cleaned her cut and glued it. The doctor was kind, reassuring, and provided excellent care. Thankful to have this hospital close to home.

Copley is a fantastic local hospital that punches well above its weight. The staff is incredible, and they treat you like family. If you have to go to the ER, you are generally seen very quickly. And there is no place else I would rather have surgery due to Copley's microscopically low infection rates.
