Valentine was great and did a perfect job of getting my container up a very long and somewhat steep unpaved hill. He was able to place the cargo container exactly where I wanted it with expert precision. We bought two of the 40’ High cube containers from Vallentin. I was so impressed by Vallentin. He was so professional and a very good person! The quality of the doors we had added by Vallentin were perfect. I have had these for a few days and people can’t believe how nice they are. I know a couple of people are actually going to purchase them after seeing the ones I bought. I would recommend the Container depot to anyone!!! Thank you!

Valentin gave us such great service. We wanted to see what we were buying. Most places would only send us pictures and he let us look at the one we wanted to purchase. We went to see the container at 5:30 pm and he had it delivered to our place by 9:30 pm that same day. He gave us such great service that I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Valentin!

Great communication and excellent turnaround! Val was very professional and delivered my container after 9pm to make sure we had our container. Fast and friendly service, just don't forget to wear your knee boots for your delivery 🙂

Unfortunately we did not have the experience others mentioned here. We chose this company based on google reviews. Communication was very poor. After sending texts and emails with no response from a real human we had to request a reply back. It took days to get a response which included confusing quotes. The email said once a deposit is paid we will be fast tracked. I paid this hoping to expedite responses, but again had to request replies. We found it very unorganized and unnecessarily confusing. We ended up getting a better price and experience through a company in Hodgkins. My only regret is paying the non refundable deposit, but that loss included, we still saved with the other company and the whole ordering process took less than 30 mins.
