To be completely honest my experience with this company has not been the best. Nor has it been what was advertised. My biggest issues are the 5 month contract you have to sign to come on as a Owner Operator. Complete lack of communication with payroll, dispatch and anyone in the main office. Having to call so much or send multiple emails to receive half of what is needed isn’t professional and it wastes my time. Having to be deducted $150 a week for a trailer that you have to pay maintenance on is mind blowing. Getting clarification on things relating this company has always been a run around. I’ve been with them for 3 months now and honestly I’m just counting down the days to finish my contract. They switched MC #s randomly recently but before then there was a list of about 20 brokers I’ve contacted personally that refused to work with this company. The only positive thing I can say is the self dispatching option. I’m able to book my own loads and come home whenever. Weekly fees are ridiculous for what you get from a company you should be able to lean on for help.

Though I’ve said all that, due to recent management changes; honestly purely due to Monique and Alice, everything across the board has been steadily improving each day. They have the potential to be great. Their are plenty of other companies out there that has proven this. R&R Expedited, a sister company of Conqueror, is specifically for us Owner Operators and it has finally started to show how much we mean to them. We are their frontline warriors, I for one am feeling much more appreciated, and if they keep going with this new mindset of communication, understanding, and having everyone stay on the same page, the company as a whole will be and feel much more united.

In due time, if they stay true to the improvements they’ve promised and committed to, I’ll update my review with an additional star. Until then, I’ll watch things as they unfold.

I've been here since October 2020 and I must say it has been a great experience. what I like the most is that they have a laid back atmosphere. I dispatch myself and I really don't have to bother anyone and no one bothers me. but when I do need to call on someone for help I know I can always get in contact with DOMINIQUE or Mary. I get to run where I want to run and all. there 88-12% split really helps and there fees are not bad at all. I plan to stay here and hopefully get another truck. and a driver for it. oh and how could I forget all the times they helped me when I needed my truck fixed and didn't have the money at the time.

This company is very unorganized and unsafe. I never heard hauling a load the same day you take drug test. They are on several brokers that told me that this company is on the do not use list. They don't answer the phone. They paid me direct deposit and reverse the transaction after I quit. I have proof of everything I'm writing in this review. Most of the reviews on here is fake and is writing by people the owner knows. They are crooks and have you driving illegal. I had to ask for all the paperwork I need to run legal. They don't care if you run illegal.

I read all the reviews and that others have left and I believe they are either relatives of the owners or friends of the owners, They claimed that we would be making $15,000-$30,000 dollars a month driving for them my driver drove from Texas all the way to Illinois to drive for this company we didn’t even make $4000 a month. one star it’s too much for this company our insurance we were told would be 350 a month instead it was 250 to 300 a week. Please don’t believe what these people are saying we couldn’t even pay our driver and our truck payment plus gas and insurance we came out of pocket our driver waited for 10 hours for one delivery to happen and we only got Paid $350 For that delivery and then he waited two days to get another delivery. If you are really desperate to work for this company expect only one or two loads a week nothing like they are claiming.

Decent Company for new and experienced drivers and owner operators. Its my 4th year here now and I have no complains. They Also have a repair shop now which is very convenient as you can get repairs done much faster and at a cheaper rate

No forced dispatch. I can go home on the weekends and spend time with my family. When I had to deal with some personal issues, I was given the time off with no questions asked. You feel the sense of belonging in this company

This company has people telling lies to try and gain business. This company had me haul loads for them a entire week and still haven’t paid please do not waste your time really unprofessional people. Stay away don’t fall for all the lies.
