I am so glad we moved and are done with this place. I spent 6 months trying to get them to replace the rotten insulation that had stayed wet from a leak for who knows how long. It caused an awful smell, and I didn’t want my stuff to smell like that. The owner had no problem calling me when they thought I missed a payment (I didn’t, THEY lost the check because there’s no drop box, only a mail box, and I dropped a new check off the very next day.) But when I tried to get him on the phone to discuss the rotting smell, I got the run around from the girl (Kayla, I believe) every time. So I asked just to move units as soon as one opened up. It seems like I’d be given first priority, since I was an existing customer. But I saw several become available and every time I called, she said I couldn’t have it because someone else was already in line. Though I saw them sit open and empty for weeks at a time.
This place was fine as long as there was no issues, but they way they conducted themselves afterwords was infuriating. It got to the point where Kayla wouldn’t even look up at me when I walked in the door.
Just another reason I’m glad to be out of Hueytown Hell.

2 years ago we called in a panic looking for a storage facility for an unusual request. Without hesitation, we were set up instantly. Due to this Wonderful economy, we have struggled to to pay rent. Everyone there has been exceptionally friendly, understanding and 1000% professional. I have never been hounded, harassed or embarrassed by being late. You guys are the absolute best.
