Incredible customer service!!! I have been fixing up some older rowers at my gym and quality of service and response time is incredible. You can also still get parts for rowers manufactured 20 years ago quickly and economically.

My wife and I picked up a Model E rower directly at their offices. Josh gave us a warm welcome, then Danielle took over, and she was just great.

Wrote twice to the support team, and got promptly answered both times. Will and Nathan were very knowledgeable , and answered all my questions.

I'm very, very impressed by this company, it's employees, and my brand new machine! We will eventually go back to get the SkiErg!

I have been a customer of Concept 2 for over 25 years. I owned their Model A, B, C, and two Model D rowing machines. Their customer service is like no other I have experienced. They are patient, prompt and top notch! They also happen to make the best ergometers in the world. Just ask any university or Olympic rowing team.

Today I had a great experience from Concept 2 . But lets star off with why I needed their service . Last night during my workout on my dynamic rower which is a few years old not really sure cause ti was a second hand rower and I use it quite a bit , actually I use it everyday not just for myself but also for some of my clients too. Well during the workout a piece broke off while rowing. so afterwards I went onto their website and found i could not find any parts to the broken piece. This morning I called their customer service and spoke to two different departments in their attempt to resolve t my issue . They not only helped me find the pice I needed. they actually did not charge for the parts. they where very curtious helpful and prompt in the pursuit to resolve me issue. I have had plenty of issue with other companies customer service either they are act as though this is not their job or they act as though I'm a nuscence. Concept 2 is a great company to buy and to help you resolve issues if they arise with their products. When I have more room I will buy more of their products in the near future.
