My poor review stems from a communication issue with a manger named Steven. Poor choice of words were used during the phone call that was made to discuss my receipt and the billing in which infuriated me. The staff here is excellent and they did a great job of making sure the truck was ready for pickup and even went above and beyond by returning lost items they found in the truck to me. I have no complaints about the workers of this facility, my issue stems from the poor customer service of Steven.

In the process of looking for a storage unit, I came across Compass Self Storage located at 10951 Belcher Rd., Pinellas Park, FL 33777. I walked inside and was greeted by Danette, who was the manager of the store and she was very pleasant and courteous in helping me find the unit that I needed. The pricing at this location was beyond fair and the facility is brand new complete with state-of-the-art locks and security. The whole facility is climate controlled, which is exactly what I needed for my valuables that could be destroyed with the humidity of Florida. I would definitely recommend this location for anybody that’s looking to store their personal items in a safe and secure place. absolutely 100% satisfied with the customer service and will definitely be a long-term customer. Not only were they able to provide me with the unit, but they were also able to provide me with a Uhaul Truck, which is a benefit of renting at this location because you never need to go far to get your truck.

I had the pleasure of being able to witness this beautiful facility being built every day from the ground up and I must say they did a wonderful job this place is an amazing place and the ladies who work in the office are very kind and respectful and insightful very helpful and patient. They made getting my until and learning the access so easy. Will definitely be recommending to everyone. Clean beautiful property and units and pricing is better than a lot of places around now a days.
