Complicated COVID caused circumstances have required me to store a large museum exhibition in San Antonio for an extended period of time, far from my home in Oakland, CA. A local museum staff recommended CSS.
I made the arrangements over the phone from the West Coast and via e-mail with Dora and Alma. Today, we had the CSS staff (both Eddies that we dealt with were great!) bring over two truckloads from the Doseum and they let me direct the unloading of the materials and tight packing (some are quite fragile). The price we ended up with was very reasonable and I got to meet Alma and Dora in person, a real treat. So, I highly recommend Commercial Storage Specialists if you need a storage solution in the San Antonio area.

We've had the pleasure of working with Dora at CSS for some time, Alma is new to the team, but just as awesome. THESE PEOPLE GET IT! Yes, it's "just a storage facility"; well - not really. It's a place where they make you feel like family, that whatever you need from them, they'll do and with a smile. We've just gone through some issues with our other storage facility, and were looking for somewhere else to put our stuff (besides our Pallet storage - which CSS has had for sometime); they were our First choice, and luckily we convinced our bosses of that as well. Why did we choose them over other's? Customer Service is INCREDIBLE! Add the other stuff they're doing for us (free of charge, that NOBODY else would do), and that's why we're staying with them for the foreseeable future.
