Comet Delivery provided excellent service in a critical time. We first used them to pick up medical reports from Martin County North Hospital in Stuart and drive them directly to a specialist in Miami, (111 miles). They were there in 2 hours. The following day they picked up the medical files from the specialist and drove them to UM Medical Center. Perfect service both times in a critical situation. Whoever reads this review, think twice about working with this company. After 10 years of working.
They have messed up our shipment/s. Whenever we told them. They stopped working with us. Whoever needs it I will send the emails between us.
Also, they are lying about credit card acceptance.
They don't accept credit cards." The payment needs to be sent electronically. As Gilbert explained to you over the phone, we are currently not accepting credit card "This is their explanation. They want wire transfer even $60 invoice.

I had to ship a three-foot tall ceramic vase from Miami to San Francisco, and had no idea how to go about it. Comet took care of absolutely every detail, from packing and crating to shipping, delivery and uncrating. The vase arrived in perfect condition. So great, I used them again to deliver important conference materials to a medical institution as well, because I prefer NOT having to worry about it getting there. Their customer service is unparalleled, they are always available and give you updates whenever you request them.
