Delivery arrived on the back end of the 5 hour window I was given. Wasn't an issue as I had the day off and it gave me plenty of time to prep the area the item would be going. The gentleman (didn't catch his name) that delivered the item did so with care and helped me place the item where I needed it at the time. Even with "curbside only" annotated on the paperwork. All in all, a decent experience with this company.

These guys are a joke. I had two reschedule 2 times with them. Almost 3 times before I called Sams Club and told them I need a different carrier to deliver it. Gwen the driver was VERY RUDE and giving me attitude when she tried to deliver my pool table. She made up the excuse she couldn't make it up the little bit of dried mud at the end of my driveway and wanted to leave my pool table and the end of the road!! She wouldn't help me carry it up to the garage at least. Not like I wanted her help anyways. She could barely walk so I don't know how the cargo company expected just me and her to unload it in the first place. It takes at least 3 people to unload a huge pool table! I called the cargo company and spoke to Debbie (manager) and she wasn't very helpful. Never apologized for how Gwen was acting. I hope I don't ever have to deal with these guys again.

Sat around for the 4-hr window and nothing. Called and dispatch couldn't get driver. After another ~10 mins on hold dispatch got in touch with driver and 5-10 mins later, about 20 mins late, freight finally arrived. Should've done like another reviewer from a different website and picked it up myself, could've saved myself an easy 3 hrs 20 mins.
