Shyhiam C. / Jordan G. Were very professional from beginning to the end and they did a really good job. They did everything in the estimated time, even though there were more boxes and other things that were not included in my estimate. My big surprise was the extra fee charged for supplies ($300.00), which was only for bubble wrap for some frames and glass pieces and "renting" TV boxes (which will be reused in another service). Absolutely nothing against the team that came, but for the absurd fee charged by the company.

My experience with College Hunks was nearly perfect. Even my one disappointment is understandable - they can’t give a definitive estimate until they SEE what you want hauled away. From my initial request through the end, the team was very communicative and prompt. Everyone was extremely polite. The two gentlemen who removed my junk, TJ & Jaden, were friendly and ensured they knew exactly what I wanted taken before touching anything. The cost for everything (including more than I had initially requested) was still within the broad estimate range that I was given on day 1. Once I had agreed to the final price, it only took them 15 minutes to load everything into the truck - heavy furniture inside house & garage, an item from the backyard, and piles of things in driveway & garage! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and have already recommended College Hunks to my friends & family

My family needed this service due to my grandmother passing away, and us having to clean out her apartment very quickly. Everyone I spoke with on the phone from pricing to scheduling the appointment was polite, respectful, and very helpful. I specifically spoke with Kim (FL) and she was able to get us an appointment literally the day I called, so none of my family had to move their schedules around. We were able to get everything done in one day so this process did not drag on and stay in our hearts. The men that came out were super professional, very kind and did an amazing job safely moving and securing my grandmother's furniture in their truck. I would 100% recommend and use this company going forward.
